Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Franklin

I'm done. I went through drive thru yesterday with my grandbaby. I placed my order with my drink with a lot of ice and 4 apple pies. I get to the window and they said "We don't have no ice, we been out of water all day." Then I get asked to pull to the waiting area for 3 minutes...........15 minutes later I called them because I didn't want to take my grandbaby out of the car. He said it would be right out. This employee came out and if she could have struck me down with her eyes she would have. I look in my bag and there is only 3 apple pies. I told her I was missing a pie. Boy oh boy, her look almost put me 6 feet under. Sooooo, she goes in and comes back and pretty much slings the bag at me. I said "thank you and have a great day" and she never said a word but just glared at me again. SO I went to McDonald's to get gbaby some nugs. After I placed my order it hit me. HOW can you run and fast food business with no water..............and how in the hell did they wash their hands??? Needless to say, I didn't eat the chicken and I will not be back to Popeye's in Franklin. This is ridiculous to run a business this way. Shut it down or get better management. I never leave reviews but after the ugliness and lack of sanitation, I figured I'd leave this message right here on their page. It probably won't do anything but at least I am able to...

This Popeyes has got to be The Most RIDICULOUSLY Popeyes I've Ever Been to. The ordering screen has been blacked out for over 3 weeks. I asked What kind of family specials do they due to the screen being OUT OF ORDER.. The answer both times i went was (We Don't Have No Specials) People always have to pull up everytime because Nothing is hardly ever Ready, I've seen several vehicles drive off due to that situation. Most of the time they're RUDE & GET MAD AT THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY GET OUR ORDERS WRONG! The lighting outside are either dim or not turned on. For now on I will take that ride to Popeyes in Bayou Vista or go to DANNY'S in Franklin because at least the employees seem to enjoy serving their customers and when they're asked Is They're any FAMILY SPECIALS They actually take the time to tell you rather than lying so they can get you to just leave. My Question is::: Who is the General Manager & Why has this an on going Problem Still Going On.

It's just a matter of time.... Popeyes will end up like their Neighbors on the other side of the street BURGER KING......

Worst place to get food and feel even worse for the staff that works here .more than one staff member was outside smoking . as I pulled by all I could smell is marijuana through the parking lot, Managers during night are very disrespectful especially the white female manager, who claimed no more chicken was being dropped for the night after asking if I could have my order fresh. never have the food that is being ordered whether it be sandwiches or chicken or more. Sat in the drive thru for more than 30 min just to wait an additional hour just to receive my food and when I did I was told they didn’t have anything else left to complete my order. Only a few 2 staff that was great and respectful took my order well other than that the others was absolutely terrible attitude and overall terrible customer service don’t know how this store is still operating , such a disgrace for the name of...
