Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Franklin

Service was very quick but too quick for Zaxby's which had a reg flag raised in my mind. I pull over to the parking lot to quickly scarf down my food on my lunch break, only to have COLD wings that looked as if theyd be sitting out for hours tossed into COLD sauce. I used to be a manager of a Zaxby's, and if anything, tossing wings into cold sauce was one of the biggest things they preached about NOT DOING! Also, the Texas toast could have cut glass. not only that, but I stand inside with my bag of food waiting to speak with someone, 2 employees looked at me and quickly looked away. So I am mad at this point, I go to my car and attempt the drive thru which then I am prompted to please come BACK inside and speak to the manager. I kindly left my bag where it belonged in the parking lot next to the dumpsters because that's where it belonged and I no longer had the time left on my lunch break to go BACK IN the building to wait more than likely another 15 minutes on an obviously highly negligent and irresponsible management system for...

So I visited this location on November 21st at around 12:00 I work for doordash I was given two orders the order was not correct for the customer I contacted Zaxby's was told to come back and they would fix it when I get there they refuse to fix it then the manager decides that she's going to yell cuz scream and threaten me if I did not leave the store all because I accused her of stealing people's money and food very unprofessional store always dirty lobby is never open but yet they have seven people working on the inside ridiculous place do not recommend going there at all unless you want to get overpriced food that is wrong and cold all the time also I went ahead and went out of pocket and purchased the customer's food all to be charged wrong was charged for two meals when I only wanted the sandwiches was never given the fries that went with the meals nor the drinks so yet again they're stealing money...

I went there 2 days in a row and the food was great both times. Atmosphere was also great but on one occasion I stood and waited for my sandwich meal for approximately 10 minutes while they pumped out at least 10 pickup orders and 5 drive thru window orders. I finally had to ask the girl at the register a third time when my food would be ready and all of a sudden the cook guy threw my order up there like he was pissed off about it. Not to mention I asked them to put the sauces the sandwich COMES WITH on the side and the girl tried to charge me for it because I wanted it on the side! I had to explain to her that I already paid for the sauce as it comes on the sandwich and she seemed very confused about me wanting it on the side. Finally, I had to ask for ketchup for my fries as she never offered or even asked if I needed...
