Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Franklin

So disappointed. Sat in a stall for 10 minutes, and the gentleman said “I’ll be right with you.” Three cars to the right of us pulled in after we did, all ordered before we did and one even received food before we even ordered. I finally called them on the phone to have our order taken and the girl says “we answer them in the order they come in.” Which clearly isn’t accurate. Ten minutes later a girl comes out to take our order. We’ve now been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting for 3 small items. There’s a truck right across from us who moved stalls because he had the same situation. A young girl finally came to take our order and we told her about the gentleman across the way. This is absolutely terrible service. At this point I’ve watched the sun go down and MULTIPLE cars come and go. I’m still waiting for my food almost an hour later. Won’t be back and won’t recommend to anyone. Update - it took us an hour and 8 minutes from the time we pulled in to the time we got our food. Me and my friends went to order our food at stall 3 and one of the employees named Chloe was very rude kept asking if we was done with our order after every single item I told her and then when it came time to get our food she was rude had a bad attitude towards me and one of my other buddies that were with me ordered at the stall next to me and the same thing happened she was being rude doing the same thing and then proceeded to write off his order and get rid of it and he had seen it so he went and opened the door and told them that was his order and he was given even worse attitude about it and as he closed the door he was still close enough and heard her cussing about him to her brother who also works there and was saying very vulgar things and proceeded to send another car hop to bring the food and we cannot say anything wrong with the other car hop she was polite and very nice with a smile on her face but I will say this that nice car hop is the only one that was respectful throughout that...

If I could've rated 0 stars, I would. Waited in line for approximately 5 minutes for a kid's meal and a regular meal. Was given our bags and the grilled cheese was not in the kid's meal bag. Went up to the main door to ask for the missing grilled cheese. While waiting for them to make it, I observed not one single employee was wearing gloves to prepare the food. When handed the grilled cheese, I asked why no one was wearing gloves and was lied to being told he had just changed them. I informed him I was watching him the entire time handling it with his bare hands, wiping sweat off his brow and drying his hands on his t-shirt and informed him I would be right back with the rest of my order. After retrieving the other items and handing them to another employee there still was no one wearing gloves while continuing to prepare other orders. In addition to all of this it took approximately another 5 minutes to get the transaction voided off...
