We ordered chicken alfredo pasta and cheese breadsticks 30 minutes later our bread sticks arrived. An hour later the waitress comes and tells us that they haven't put the pasta in the oven yet and asks if we want it to go. Of course this made us very angry!! Then she offers us 10% off for their mess up. What a joke especially since I had a Panther card that gives you 10% off already. Then after 15 more minutes she finally brings us our check and dissappears. Mind you we were the only customers in the place by then. We finally get up and go to pay at counter and was told by a rude little teenager that we had to pay our server. Who is by the way is still MIA, by this time I'm beyond angry. I have to leave restaurant before I get extremely ugly with this place. It takes my husband 10 mins. to find someone to pay for our meal. Then it wasn't even our waitress. She's still MIA!! Where is the management at this place? Obviously not there, if I was the owner of Pizza Hut in Franklin I would want someone who is going to run my business with authority and can make sure that they satisfy my customers. Because without customers he don't make money. Read moreIt’s been a while since I’ve had a craving for a pizza from Pizza Hut but yesterday, I had to order a Pan Pizza Supreme. I placed an order online for a large at the Franklin location and I was beyond impressed. The staff were professional and friendly. I ordered online for contactless pickup through the drive-thru and that was very easy. The outside of the building was very clean and well kept. That’s always a good sign. At the window, not one but two different employees asked me if I needed any red pepper flakes or Parmesan cheese and both thanked me for my order. The order was ready right on time, too. One thing I noticed in their drive thru window was their 100 sanitation score. That’s awesome and I always appreciate seeing that; it tells me that the management and employees take pride in their work. The pizza was also a star. I know that being a chain there is a certain expectation for things to be the same no matter where you dine, but this was probably the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had in decades. The crust was airy, light and crisp but not greasy to the touch. The toppings were all fresh and it just plain hot the spot for that Supreme pizza craving I was having. Read moreI ordered a large hand tossed crust pizza, which is on sale for $10. The young man I spoke with about delivering this pizza kept messing up the info I gave him. At first, he repeated my debit card # correctly as well as the exp date and the code on the back. Then my card bounced back as invalid. When he went back thru the info, he had put in the wrong #'s. When that was corrected, he tried again and it was invalid again. He had entered the wrong zip code......it is the zip code for our town, How does a person mess that up??? I nearly cancelled the delivery order 3 times during this ordeal. Not Ok with me.
I found out that I had been speaking with a company that Pizza Hut is forced to use. The calls to my local Pizza Hut are diverted to this sales desk where the people don't have a clue about pizzas!! They have a script, and if you ask a question or deviate at all, they are immediately lost for what to say. No wonder there are other reviews where orders got messed up....those calls were going to that order desk.
