Terrible service, cold food. Took 50 min to get food. Ordered appetizers, arrived cold,, no plates to go with it. Asked for salsa, never arrived. Had to beg for tea refill. Asked for extra napkin, never arrived. Inattentive waitresses walk by wcith their heads down so they don't make eye contact. Took forever for a rare steak. Come on guys, I've gotten better service at McDonald's. How do you eat cold and runny thin cheese dip without a serving plate??? Food was inedible and we had to threaten to leave without paying if we didn't get our check. My husband told the waitress that if she was worried about our table as much as she worried about the only one other table she had.. of friends... she would get a better tip. She was laughing with the other waitress bc it was apparently funny to them, leaving a note that said, "Thanks for being so sweet" on our bill.... and if she thought THAT was funny, wait until she sees the tip, that should be hilarious!!! No leadership? no direction? No tip!!! I should open a competitive business right...

Worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. Service took an hour before we even ordered and it should be noted that we were one of three tables in the restaurant. I asked for shredded beef, but received shredded chicken. I was told that the shredded beef would fall out when cooking. I'm sorry, WHAT? Lol I've ordered this at every other mexican establishment. My daughter ordered the steak and potato, which came out without the potato. We notified the waitress who did bring out a potato. It was raw and freezing cold inside of it. The final straw came when we got our check. Our meals were $2 more than what was on the menu and our waitress said, oh I don't know it just rings up like that. They seriously need to get...

We have eaten here many times with great experiences. But tonight was the worst service I have ever had I believe in 61 years. The waitress was horrible and very unfriendly.. Not one person smiled or said welcome. They took forever to bring our drinks they never checked on us. I had to get up to ask for them to take our order after almost 45 min. They forgot our drinks at the bar. All around us who came in after us had their food and we were still waiting. I finally asked to speak to a manger and one did not come but they sent the waitress back and she wanted to know what the problem was.. Really.. We expressed there was a problem and we just got the waitress.. The worst...
