My husband and I go to a lot of breweries all over Colorado. This is our first visit ever to Fraser. The environment of this brewery is absolutely adorable. The place was filled with locals and was very child/pet friendly. As part of this review I would like to give a little constructive criticism. There were two IPAs available on tap yesterday and I asked to just have a small sample of each so that I could pick one of the two. The bartender asked me if I wanted a flight and I just said “no thanks, I just want one beer but I’d like to just have a tiny taste to pick one”. She huffed, puffed, roller her eyes and got super irritated with me. She started to say that it was an inconvenience. I actually ended up apologizing to her because she was so upset. I’m not sure what her deal is/was, but she was very rude, unkind, and unprofessional. I can’t imagine a few small samples are going to break the bank. You are a brewery and it was my first time ever there. If samples aren’t allowed, a friendly explanation would have sufficed. I’m honestly not sure I’ll ever go back here, I find first impressions to be very important and the bartender was so rude. I felt embarrassed as I was with friends and family. I have been to so many breweries and have never been treated like such an inconvenience.
The beer I had was actually great, but I left with a very sour taste...
Read moreThank you guys so much for sponsoring this year's Oktoberfest. I think it was a really terrific idea to hold the event on this weekend in Sept rather than any earlier. It was the first time my wife and I visited the area, and we loved to see the aspens turn in addition to enjoying your event.
Great location, great beer. The kombucha was terrific as well. That was a unique offering among the other breweries participating in Oktoberfest. The staff was great too. The back patio was really nice for the late afternoon with comfortable seating and shade. Hits all the marks for me.
Fraser can easily stand on its own when it comes to beer. I think that Viscous Cycle has plenty of room to host Hideaway as a joint location to get more people up to Fraser. I'm going to be focused on visiting you, Camber, and Viscous next year and staying nearby. I chose to stay in Winter Park, but the best beer by far was at your location and the nearby breweries. I think if you made Oktoberfest themed events at one location on a Friday, say at Viscous, and then another set of events on Saturday at your place and Camber, then I think you could maximize your participation. And if the city of Fraser would help you guys out with that, they would get a lot more of us to stay in your hotels vs...
Read moreProbably my favorite brewery in the Winter Park/Fraser area. Chill, low key vibes, with some cozy yurts and fire pit in the back to complement some amazing street art on the exterior buildings. Always have gotten great friendly service when we come in and dogs are allowed. Would recommend the Gnome Shoe Golden Ale or the Band Wagon Hard Seltzer, both of which drink light and clean. Great spot to hit after a hard day on the slopes. Also one of three breweries in town with a mug club, so bonus...
