We visited the Roastery every morning during our stay in Gand County, and I enjoyed each visit and each drink! They make great soy cappuccinos, americanos, and I tried the CBD latte. Every espresso drink I had was made well and was very enjoyable :). I had the gluten free baked goods as well - a spice scone and a zebra scone. They were both made well and tasty - not too dry, buttery, and the right amount of sweetness! It is a great local spot, we even ran into friends while there. Then I watched as she pulled them out of the freezer or fridge and warmed them up in the microwave for 7 minutes, rotating them every few minutes. I was so disappointed. My expectations were high, because of the reviews. Maybe they are made fresh sometimes and don’t need 7 minutes to warm up? The potato was better than the bean, but I would not order again. Cute coffee shop, very kind ladies...
