Pick something to do, then be the best at it. This is a common formula for starting a business. This place follows that. Really good sandwiches, including some solid riffs on the regular grilled cheese. From what I can see, you don't need to go buy beer to go buy a sandwich. They have things timed pretty well, too. No pricing listed on menu, surprise its steep. Food sat behind the counter while we waited directly in front of the trailer, no, “hey your food is ready.”

Prices range from $13-18 for a tiny sandwich and no fries. Mid at best, honestly only good because we were hungry.
