The Game Room Sports Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

Tried to go there after work with some coworkers. Security is looking for problems, during the process of getting waived for weapons and handing over IDs security was taking an aggressive tone despite us fully complying. One of the girls we were with lightly giggled during the tension and he literally said “if you’re Gonna laugh you can leave”we literally thought he was joking. Shocked but we didn’t argue and respectfully left without saying anything. He then followed us out to the parking lot and said “and don’t come back.” We didn’t argue back and security continued to argue basically with himself about how he’s “trying to keep the bar safe and it’s not a laughing matter” until we said “we’re leaving sir” (despite already being off bar property at that point) and continued to further distance ourselves away from the bar and the security person harassing us. Is it a casino, is it a sports bar or is it something else. It has an identity crisis. Went there for a football game was able to order a bucket of beers…that’s it. Server never came back. Ignored us when trying to flag her down and nothing. Never got to order food. Large TV sound was on a Bluetooth speaker that barely works or kept cutting out, the TV’s above the bar were 2 minutes ahead of the big screen. If it’s better to order at the bar than a server who never comes back and check on her tables let me know. And then what is with the wanding people…should I be worried about where I’m going...

terrible service , false advertisement DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Went in to the GAME ROOM to play GAMES just to be approached rudely saying “ we have no games here “ . It looked closed when we came in , it was dark , no associates greeted us, they looked at us like we were crazy( mind you it’s our first time there). I’ve been waiting to go here since I seen them first building it and I will never go back or tell anyone about it. So rude , unprofessional, and really just a “ local hang out “ .
