Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

This is crazy. This is the second time tonight that my wife has gone into a place we've ordered food and we get told that they didn't have it first one I wouldn't recommend going to bites over there on 17 very rude constant screaming made her crime. Then she decides to go over to Wawa as he ordered food again online, then as she gets there. The gentleman says, huh I don't know how you ordered that our stuff's locked in the back. And we can't make your food right now. Because we have to wait for a manager to get there. Not empathy for anything in II just don't understand how service and how you guys can allow stuff to go on like that. If you guys are a franchise and you guys have electronics in there and you guys are not yeah, checking your systems or whatever it is and allowing you to pay for something that they can't have. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Ordered breakfast this morning on Grubhub because I couldn’t got out the house. Received half my order and the other half was made incorrectly. -Chicken cheesesteak sandwich (came with beef) -Didn’t got my breakfast croissant -Wawa tea (missing) -Caramel shake (tasted nothing like caramel) The only good item and that actually came was the breakfast small hoagie. Total was 39.50 Got my Grubhub refund of 12,30 Still paying $23 dollars for a sandwich and a nasty shake. By far one of the worst breakfast (including fast food places ) experiences I ever have....

If you order delivery don't expect it to be warm or accurate. I have never gotten a correct order from this store. The door dash drivers they use seem to have no concept on how to deliver i live less than a mile from the store and it took them 40 mins to deliver to me. I tracked the driver on the app go past my neighborhood and sit 15 min at sheetz then deliver yheir food 1st. The fix was 15% return off of my cold inedible order. This store needs some major...
