Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Freeport

I am disabled and do not drive, my mother had coupons for Long John Silvers and went to pick up a 3 pc dinner for me. When I got it I was unable to eat it as it was not fully cooked. The batter was still gooey and I assume if that was not done it was unlikely that the fish was either. I called the store and the only options I was given was to bring it back in and get it replaced. I told the manager that was not an option as I had no means to do that and that this has happened to me in a couple other times and when I tried to claim the coupon that was to be at the store no one knew about it. I asked that coupons be mailed to me so I could present them when I went again and was told she would not do that. She never apologized for the food not being done and was basically very rude. I don't typically put a bad word out into the chaos of the internet but this one truly deserves it. On multiple occasions, I have had awful experiences. From a blatant disregard for proper customer service to getting someone else's entire order instead of my own. One snowy Monday night, I stopped through to pick up a crispy chicken sandwich dinner for my son who just finished bowling practice, there were just 3 cars ahead of me but it took quite some time to get up to the window. I noticed quite a few Door Dash orders in the time it took me to approach the window so I specifically gave the window cashier an extra $6+ on top of the already $13 I was spending and told ol' boy to keep the change and that the night was almost over for him. I was happy to see a long John Silver's when I passed through freeport with my family. I didn't enjoy it the way I did when I was a child eating with my parents at local LJS. There used to be several in my city, now there are none. The middle-aged black woman behind the counter had too much attitude, no one's fault but her own that she's too old to work there.
