AJs Heavenly Pizza — Restaurant in Fremont

Typically this is my go-to pizza and honestly has been for 30 years, which is pretty wild. My family is so over how much I order this pizza, it's become a running joke. But here's the thing, every time I hear the owner answer the phone, I literally cringe. He's like the over-talkative, rude, arrogant king of the pizza world. He's not interested in fixing any issues, which is weird because I've never really had any issues - the pizza is amazing and the price is fair. It's just the customer service that's a total joke. I've complained like three times in 30 years, and let me tell you, it's just not worth it. He couldn't care less about making customers happy. He's got this weird thing where he refuses to give you a packet of ranch because they're "for salads" - like what even is that? And don't even get me started on the time I waited over an hour for my pizza and then had to deal with Mr. Creepy himself when I called to check on it. He told me it was "on its way out the door" and then it shows up hard, gross, and cold. $45 down the drain, and I'm not even going to bother calling him because I know he won't care. It's just sad because as a small business owner, I try to make my customers feel needed and appreciated, but this guy is just too arrogant. Pretty good pizza, actually. It reminded me of Papa Johns. We got a cheese pizza a veggie pizza and cheese bread sticks.

The cheese bread sticks were great. The pizzas were ok. The veggie pizza even had the same toppings as a Papa John’s veggie pizza.

The jumbo is nowhere near the size it used to be and the cost is rediculous. It cost over $40 to have a jumbo 2 topping delivered today. The one small thing of garlic butter wasn't the prepackaged ones which is fine but the container was melted and so was the garlic butter on 1 piece of pizza.
