Arby's — Restaurant in Fremont

Food pretty good . It's arbys and when you want Arby's this is the place to go. Only bad part I seen was well....they have a burger. Not since 7 up said " no caffeine, never had it never will" then put caffeine into cherry 7up ( which later was removed) has a company done a 180 on the choices it makes, almost as bad as under armor making jackets or any outerwear at all. The name is UNDER armor after all. Sorry my rant , second real problem is the person that took my order was , as per the name tag was manager no no. Ha . Funny. Hilarious but NOT professional at all . I treat food service like humans and read the tag and call them by their name ,so when they forgot my favorite shake and I went to call out to say you forgot something, yep you guessed it I stopped at no no. It confused me for a second and the best I could do was the old Karen stand by "EXCUSE ME" and felt like a jerk. Not so funny anymore that name . Confusion and jokes do not a happy experience make . 1-5 years is the average lifespan of a food service manager unless they are going for the brass ring , I can wait that long and not have time call someone no no. Easily THE worst food I've ever gotten at any arby's. The meat (beef and cheddar) was cut too thick so the pieces were flopped on the sandwich, sticking out of the bun (see pic) making it difficult to eat, the fries were old and cold, very gross and the cookie (salted caramel) was in pieces, also probably old. I went inside to order about 7:45 pm for take out, the door said inside was open till 10pm, but the pop machine was shut off and there was a chain in front of the line. Luckily i was in the company vehicle where they always keep paper towels. I surely wouldn't have had enough with the 3 napkins they gave me. It was a total mess to eat. I selected a one because there was nothing lower to choose from. We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 25.00 worth of food, to only end up warring it. It was all stuffed into a thin paper bag and as the person working at the window was handing it out the window the bag was wrapping, So he hurried and stuffed it through the driver’s window and shut his window. The food went all over my husband as well as all over our vehicle. He was well aware of the situation and threw an empty bag at my husband, but didn’t stop to think to ask if he was burnt when the hot au jus dumped all over him.
