Biryani Xpress Fremont — Restaurant in Fremont

We been wait there for food 10 mint and when we get food on table and see naan is cold we ask for fresh naan owner said its fresh and refuse to bring fresh one and blame on us we are late and the food is already ready .

we left that 2 cold naan at table and order for fresh but owner again play with us bring same cold naan just heat up little bit in tandoor and bring to table and i ask again what is this u bring same naan and just heat up little bit in tandoor

and bring on table then he understand we find out his game and he start say sorry i will make fresh now for u but its over and we left from there without eat food

owner charge from us 40$ for food which is we not even eat .i really wana give them more review for bed behavier...

One of the worst management style, wait time for Mandi was 2+ and that was not at all communicated. It’s normal to see such huge wait times but the management failed to communicate it. By the time we waited to order, receptionist told us the Mandi was sold out. Instead ordered chicken dum and goat biryani. Dum biryani was served cold and didn’t even preheat! I mean come on that is basic sense when you are running a restaurant and that is the reason I believe this is run by a very amateur team. Was in the area and gave this place a try after reading the reviews. And I was wrong. We got the chicken dum biryani and chicken Vijayawada biryani and both were bad. The rice was clumpy, there was absolutely no flavor. It was just spicy. This is NOT biryani. Quantity is so less too. This is a disservice to biryani with a restaurant name like this. I'm confused who are writing these reviews. Either they haven't tried a good biryani or wrote a review to avail some discount or paid reviews. Sorry but the food is not good. If someone from the management replies to this review, I can point them to restaurants with good biryani so they can achieve...
