Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fremont

they have loiterers outside their restaurant. they need to call the police. it makes no sense why they don't. THEY NEED TO CALL POLICE to get the vagrants that hang out there to go away, and not only that, patrol the area every once in a while and make sure they don't return. it's a must. stop letting the vagrants create an unsafe and uncomfortable atmosphere. CALL THE POLICE.

the lady that works there in the afternoon (i think she's a manager; she wears a red shirt) is super rude. fake nice. fake smile. rude rude rude. her unhappiness shouldn't affect her work performance, if it does, she shouldn't be working right now. she speaks spanish to her coworkers and doesn't understand that just because i don't look hispanic doesn't mean i cannot speak spanish and not understand what they are saying. im black and ive known spanish my whole life. yesterday they were making fun of a customer, in spanish, for having a mask on. there are signs around the restaurant stating "you must wear a mask", and yet the workers don't wear a mask. and then they are going to make fun of their customers who do wear masks? that is...

Simply too slow to be considered fast food. And then I received items that I specifically indicated to exclude from my entree. I repeat as a manner of expression that I am allergic to the excluded item. Well, they caught prior to me receiving it however I now had to wait as the orders that came after mine were being completed. I waited 20 minutes for 6 tacos with no cheese and no sauce. Only 1 item left and that is lettuce. So how long should that take? Anyway, my lunch was now 5 minutes from ending and Is 10 minutes back to the office. I had no lunch this day. ( I ride a motorcycle so eating on the way back is not an option). Let’s just say that those who work for me were probably not happy that my sugar got low. You know bad mood and all. Blame Jack in the box. Could this possibly have happened to others and that is why there are so many unhappy people? Chain of causation? Probably not but it was the cause of my mood and probably my employees and whom ever they came in contact with. And so on....

The lady that works at night is horrible!! I placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work. I get off at 1am. When I got their she told me she didn't have my order. I told her I paid for it already and showed her. She then said it was completed, I said I haven't been here to pick it up! She literally told me I probably came in another car to pick it up! Seriously it's an 11.00 order! Finally she gave me what I ordered, it was all thrown in the bag. I questioned the order because it had food I didn't order. She told me look in the bag and walked away. This is after her and her co worker talked about me in their language and told me multiple times to give them my phone! She is so rude everytime I go but this time topped the cake on her attitude!! She is not the kind of person you should have representing your company. Look at the camera's and see if someone can through twice for an 11.00 order! I WILL not go back to...
