Burger King — Restaurant in Fremont

🚨!!WARNING!!🚨 THIS BURGER KING SUCKS!

About a year gotta l ago I stopped going to this location at broad and 23rd because the food was always lousy! 1 out of 10 meals were "meh to okay"it was not ever 1 time it was something to write home about.

Then I began to go to the other Burger King at Cedar St and 23rd St. The food we get at this location is almost always on point every time! We've gotten subpar food here like twice over this time! It's always been fresh, hot, delicious and very satisfying! They do a good job getting you a tastey meal, great job to all there!

Today (02/19/25) I was in a hurry and needed to grab food on the go and made the mistake of going to the Broad St Bugger king when I knew better! This store should be called Bugger Jester cause the garbage food they are handing out is a TOTAL JOKE! LOL 😆

IN SHORT, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO 23rd St and Cedar St INSTEAD OF THIS Broad St LOCATION, YOU'LL THANK JESUS YOU TOOK THIS ADVICE FROM ME!

You know, It's funny how the quality of the food the 2 stores serve has changed and have each swapped quality a couple years and back then we'd avoid the Cedar St location. Life is weird, I wonder if they'll switch...

The wait is long as others say but no workers means long wait, the reason I gave this place one star is because they pull a quick scheme that is common with poorly managed fast food restaurants… you add a dollar onto what the total actually is and it’s a small amount so when the customer gets to the window you know you added on an extra dollar so basically they’re pocketing money assuming that most customers will pay in cash for small amounts I know that a basic hamburger kids meal with no add on’s doesn’t cost six dollars , I called after I left and asked for the total taxed amount which the amount stated to me was 4.24 which is why I’m leaving the review it’s bogus so they added on even more than just one dollar. Imagine how much someone could steal on their shift. An absolute joke. I’ll never ever go back to this Burger King the manager should absolutely take care of the situation before it gets way out of control if it wasn’t in fact a manager that was doing the theft and no receipt was offered. Manger told us we needed to spend a dollar in order to get our free crown reward that we spent 400 crowns on to get a double cheeseburger and she took the code so the points would be taken out of my girlfriends account and then told us we couldn’t get the reward unless we bought something which no other BK has ever told us before. We had 0 money to buy something hence why we used points and manager just stole my girlfriends points and argued with us the whole time and proceeded to blame everything on her “assistant manager” which was complicit or cowardly not to step up for her customers, both should lose their jobs. Same manager always has a rude attitude and tries to start unnecessary problems. Helen I believe her name is. Good thing there’s 2 BKs in town because we’ll never be going to...
