5⭐ Overall store score!

It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Subway sandwich shop! It's been sooooo long ago Jared was still their spokesperson so you get what I'm saying. Here's my honest assessment of my return to Subway Sandwiches

5⭐ for atmosphere. I must point out that Subway has changed quite a bit since I last visited a store and it appears that the changes have been mostly positive. It was clean, well laid out, bright and relaxing with a pleasant and helpful staff!!

5⭐ For service and staff The staff was extremely helpful going above and beyond in helping my select a healthy, delicious sandwich. They went over how to figure out the calorie count and fat of the sandwiches they have and they were such a pleasant and cheerful crew to be around. Go get yourself some Subway and see for yourself how awesome the crew is there!

5⭐ For food quality The sandwich they helped me pick out was truly an amazingly tasty treat for my taste buds! Soft bread, fresh veggies and quality meats were so good but the Parmesan vinaigrette sauce they suggested, WOW! That's some good sauce for sure!

So honestly, yes it's a sandwich place like allot of the other sandwich shops out there BUT IT'S NOT! You take the overall experience, cleanliness, food quality, atmosphere and the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced in a LOOOONG time anywhere. Well then it's not just a sandwich shop, nope! it's a special place to grab some eats and a special part of our community!

💬NOTE TO THE STAFF... Great job ladies and gentlemen! Your doing such great work you should be proud of yourselves! You have no idea how much I appreciated your assistance with the calories info and how nice and refreshing your pleasant and uplifting attitudes were today! I literally left feeling a lil happier then when I came in today and that's because of all you helpful, kind and sweet people! Needless to say, I'll be back!...

I've gone to this location probably twice in like 6 months and they've messed my order up both times but I decided to give it a go today anyway. I waited in the drive through line for like 20 minutes, which I wasn't super mad about because I think the guy in front of me had a big order. I finally got to the window and waited another 5 minutes (still not mad, they were busy). Then they verified my order with me, handed me my food and I paid and left. When I got home I realized this is not what I ordered. It was kinda close I guess but it was covered in jalapenos and spinach and onions and I didn't order any toppings. I tried to eat it but it tasted to much like jalapenos and I didn't ask for a receipt and even if I did I really don't want to drive back . I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this location is 0 for...

Ordered online and our sandwiches were messed up so we went inside and asked for them to be fixed. They stood over the sandwiches picking at them and messing with their faces and jewelery while doing it. Then they said they would fox one but not the one they picked through because it has enough sauce she decided. So then she still ignored both of us as I was just trying to ask for a refund. She finally acknowledged us and said since you want a refund you're not getting your sandwiches back. I said "Absolutely not, give me my food. I paid for it and im getting very very mad just give me my food" and she finally gave it to me. This was the worst experience I've had at...
