I work out of a semi-truck traveling around the country. I damaged the charger for my laptop and had no way to charge it. I was supposed to leave the next morning, so I called Jensen to see if they could help on the spot. NO APPOINTMENT OR ANY MEANS TO GET THERE, they sent a tech out who was able to help me with a simple fix. These guys are awesome! Thank you so much...

I dropped off my PC on Monday morning, and it was diagnosed before lunch. Colby originally quoted me an amount that I agreed upon, but in the end, I was charged $150 less. Not only is Colby honest and trustworthy, but he cares about customer service, and honestly, that is a lost art.

I can't reccommend this place...
