Little Caesars Pizza 🍕 — Restaurant in Fremont

I'll start this off by saying the staff is very friendly & obviously trying. 0 gripe with them!

The not so great review is cause the last several times I've come in for a pizza and some bread and they "Forgot to make it", sometimes you have to wait for food and that's okay! But don't tell me you forgot me 😅

Used to be a great, didn't mind waiting for the food if need be but ever since the old staff left it's an obvious difference. Forgotten orders, Pizza not even cut, or cut into 2 giant oblong triangles (this one kind of amusing though) wrong pizza/drink, waiting 50 minutes when you and one other person are the only people at the store just to be told you were idling out there the entire time because they forgot you, I only come by still because I'm obviously getting what I'm paying for with their prices, but jeez..

At least cut the pizza, man! 😂

It's 5$ pizza though so I can't sit here and say I expect more, at least I'm getting messed up food for cheap, Pizza Hut over here charges me 45$ for worse then shrugs when I try to fix it. I'd still come here instead. Not an angry review! Just a heads up, food quality is still where it's always been just a little weird...

Free standing structure easily seen from the main road, positioned on a steep hill. Has drive through or walk in and has handicap parking. Never has food "hot and ready", communication is lacking, manager leaves you without service at the window for five minutes as employees just pass you doing not much. Never offered free cookies n when you do , "they are out". Wait time on hot n ready pepperoni was 12 minutes waiting in front of building. This has been a repeat over 4 times. Manager doesn't talk much nor make eye contact , talks low n has little interaction as possible. Why is there so many workers when pizza is never ready? I only recommend this if you got about 15 minutes to wait for something that's SUPPOST to be ready. June 19th, added review...still pizza are not ready and didn't receive full change back. After a year from top review, pizza is still not ready and literally no one was here on a Thursday. Worst service. When to eat my cheese pizza n there wasn't any sauce on it. I tried calling 3 times and not once did someone pick up nor room for message. Do not recommend. How is this...

Waited 45 minutes. Lady at the speaker told me 7-10 minute wait and they’d bring it out. 30 minutes later I had to go in. Asked about how much longer, lady at the counter said they had no dough prepped and tickets got lost and as uptight when I told her it’s something that should’ve been mentioned at the speaker. Mind you, it’s 7:30pm on a Friday at this point, we had just left a school function & my kids were hungry. Never an apology for taking longer than anticipated just a snobby attitude from the lady standing there staring blankly at everyone they had pull over and wait. I finally get my pizza 45 minutes later to get home and realize they didn’t give me crazy bread they gave me these massive pieces of bread with some cheese in them (there were 3) & the regular pepperoni pizza was burnt to a literal crisp & the pretzel crust pizza which was the only halfway decent thing was missing parts of the crust. Overall, not enthused. Also the drive up is super steep I scraped my bumper going in & out of it. They should really fill in something to make it no so...
