Wow. Just, wow. I called for delivery, did our usual order then when I went to ask for a total, the OWNER cut me off in mid sentence and impatiently snapped, “I can’t give you a time, we are crazy busy tonight!” I told him that was fine....I just needed a total so I could fill out my check. He exasperatedly groaned like a toddler throwing a tantrum and asked, “Are you really going to do this me? I’M BUSY......do you HAVE to have a total?!?” “Uhhh.....it’s be nice so I could have the check wrote out....” ”Ugggh!” He groaned, irritated. “Give me a minute. EVERYBODY thinks they have to eat tonight! I’m just silent, like, dumbfounded that an employee could get away with talking to a costumer like this in the first place but the owner?? Reeeeally??!? I can’t even complain to the manager because it’s the OWNER that is being rude and extremely unprofessional! So, he gives me my total, 30 - 45 min later they come and after the driver drops off the food we notice they messed up part of our order. I called...I wasn’t upset, I get it. They’re super busy. I have worked in the restaurant business and retail, I know how that can be. When I asked the girl who answered the phone, she wasn’t sure so guess who she handed me to?.....the owner. I told him about the mistake, he gets all irritated and says, “Man, I don’t know.....I’ve made SO much food tonight. I mean, do you HAVE to have them?” He pretty much refused to bring them to us, even though I told the girl I didn’t mind if they couldn’t bring them out until a little bit later. He’s all, “I can give you a store credit, that’s about all I can do.” My husband said, “Just forget it.” So, I said, “Whatever, never mind”, and so he said, “Okay.” And hung up. He didn’t even care. Read moreGot 2 subs today and my boyfriend’s was fine but mine was not. Asked for turkey and ham, with extra pickles, light mustard, and no tomato. It had a TON of mustard on it and no turkey. I called and they said they’d remake it. No problem, we paid abt $35 for 2 subs so I want it to be good ya know. THEN THEY MESSED UP FOR A SECOND TIME. I had green olives? For whatever reason, does not come with green olives so I was pissed about that. I spoke to the manager and told her on the phone before we even got there that I’d pay extra for turkey. Still NO TURKEY. I’m not sure if they did it on purpose or what. But I’m disappointed, we spent money on food and I expected it to be as good as usual. Not everyone can just blow $30 on 1 meal. I’m honestly not sure if I’ll go back. Also while they were in the store, the cashier didn’t seem to know what she was doing and another customer caught on as well.
