Canela Caffe — Restaurant in Fresno

Where to start... They don't have real eggs and serve eggo waffles. None of the food seemed to be served hot all Luke warm. Frozen potatoes, cheap eckrich sausage sliced up in 4 pieces. Who runs out of bacon during Brunch??? Spot was ok but that's the problem with all these brunch spots all show no go. I'd rather eat at a hole in a wall with delicious food. Please stop supporting this place until they decide to serve food worth the menu price. Also as a Latino man I'm embarrassed to see the reviews below this one. I did notice that every review was made by Latinos and no other races considering how many other people of color were there as well. A 50/50 split. Those other reviewers probably friends...

Came here for the first time with my family of 4, and was excited to try something new. About 1 minute after we came in, a Hispanic family came in and immediately a server came over and took care of that table. We waited for 10 min and no one came by, while the other table had their drinks and placed their order. We decided to leave, and before we left the parking lot I decided to speak with management because it didn’t sit right with me, and what did I see when I walked in, a server at the same table we were just sitting at taking a white couples order. This place is new and very good! The service was excellent! My pops ordered an orange juice and I ordered a specialty coffee, the cafe de coco, and they were both incredible! My pops said the oj tasted freshly squeezed, and as far as the coffee I normally don’t even like coconut but this was the bomb! Pops ordered the canela plate (eggs, bacon & toast) and I ordered the breakfast tacos (eggs & bacon). Everything was perfect! If I had any complaint at all it would be the tortillas, only because I’ve had better. But they were still good, and the eggs and bacon being as good as they were made up for it!
