Daiquiri Island Togo — Restaurant in Fresno

I came through the drive thru and l noticed they had liquid mary. I don't like the practice of mixing syrup in with what's in the barrel. That's not an authentic daiquiri in my opinion. So I offered to come inside. I noticed that there was a long hair on my cup. The guy offered to remake because of the LM not being good, plus the hair. (good move) Then he got a customer. Which was fine, so l asked him to help his costumer and come back and then l would be able tell him what l wanted. I don't like the blending of daiquiri with a hand blender and l specifically said twice "don't blend". Well of course, he forgot and started to blend but told me it wasn't blended all the way. This is where the visit went wrong. Lesson - The mixologist is not drinking the daiquiri. Your simply making it, and since paying customers are purchasing daiquiris from the establishment, you should probably make them like the customer asked instead of saying " it's barely blended". Although the start of the visit was fine, the end was a fail. Customer service is key....

Everytime, I come to the Roshan location Moon always make my drinks and food just the way I like it. I have been telling all of my co-workers about this particular location. Moon is very professional and friendly, if I go there and she has a line of customers she always speaks to everyone that enter the shop, then say thank you for your patience. In today's world it's really hard finding people who cares about the customers. Moon, please don't leave this location or 9 out of 10 I will stop coming. ...

Well, I was going home and remembered my text reward information, so I pulled up. You see what I ordered. The peach flavor is coming through. I would have loved it even more if the pineapple was coming through, because I love pineapple more, but I'm okay with it. The gentleman that mixed my daiquiri up was very pleasant.
