Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Fresno

I will be sure to call corporate first thing tomorrow it is November 24th and I showed up here to get an Uber Eats order the representative at 10:50 p.m. female claimed that the order was already picked up I leave call ubereats they claim that they called the restaurant and the restaurant say that they would make the food I come back and now I'm hearing a man in the background stating that someone else already came and got the food when I talk to Uber Eats they said I'm the only driver that had this order so that means that they flat-out lied to my face maybe they're printing machine is not working maybe there Uber Eats is down but don't lie I live in Woodward Park area and drove way down here to get this order for nothing? This is a very clean and modern Carl's Jr. The atmosphere and aesthetic of the place is very inviting and brings out a sense of curiosity. If I was a tourist stopping here to dine in, I would feel as if Fresno has a welcoming presence. This is the only Carl's Jr I have been to in Fresno that presents itself this way. The employees are really nice and the food is surprisingly not doused in grease. My chicken sandwich was not burning hot but it wasn't cold however My fried zucchinis were burning hot. Of course it's a bit pricey but I think Carl's Jr has always been on the higher end of the fast food burger restaurant. After coming to this location on Clinton and Marks I don't think I want to go to another location...

I have only been here on Sunday mornings and usually the same people are working. My kid and I always get 2 breakfast burger (mine a double) combos and the food is always coming out piping hot. The service is always great and I am usually greeted by the same cashier and she is always very friendly. It is something I hardly see nowadays and it’s nice to see someone who is still giving great friendly service in this industry. It is one of the better Carls Jr I have been to in California in my opinion and the best I have been to, up and down CA-99.
