placed an order for the saturday special thinking if its available its saturday and the order went through and charged my account as well as gave me a pick up time. I arrived 30 minutes later when the notification said it was ready according to the ritual app that was used for the online order. the restaurant claimed they didnt accept the order but the ritual app showed they did. i showed the cashier what it said on my side and showed that the money was pending from my bank account. they didn’t make any order but instead told me they would have to charge full price but i asked for a refund. the restaurant knew the refund was available since the time the order was placed but they chose to wait til i got to the restaurant to make that call. i would’ve not came and wasted my time and gas that way. we could’ve resolved it and i could’ve came on the correct day the special was available. this is sloppy customer service. the worker cristina was not very helpful at all and had a passive aggressive tone with me insisting its my fault for not reading the order saying Saturday special. any other online ordering app would simply not have the special available til the specific time and date it’s available. it wouldn’t have taken my money and it would’ve clearly told me my order was not accepted by the restaurant. Cristina claimed she called to have it fixed but i did not see any of those calls and having been experienced with online ordering apps , restaurants shouldn’t have to call i shouldnt have to deal with the restaurant over a call or else i wouldve called to place the order. if your app is causing problems then you should then make it right yourself as a restaurant and be more proactive with your apps. my order should have been made to go and your restaurant should do it part to make sure the special ordee can only be placed during that time.this is the first time i used this app ritual and compared to my usual doordash and grubhub this app did not work well. overall bad experience. i was also giving this place a chance again since having been disappointed in the food the past two times hence why its been months since i ate here. i assumed a discount would be worth the risk. possibly the worst customer service ive had in...

Great location in Tower. Parking in a lot just next to the building. Good little shop size, hope they open up their back patio. If you have a group over 8, call ahead and let them know. Seating is a premium otherwise.

The food is delicious, the staff is super helpful and accommodating. We had several people both gluten and corn free and they were more than happy to make changes and serve them. A dedicated gluten free Facility that knows how to handle items to prevent cross contamination is a wonderful find here.

We ordered some of the family meals to feed a bunch of kids and parents. Everything was stellar and even picky kids had no qualms.

Their cauliflower tacos and carnitas tamales stood out for me. The cauliflower was crispy, not oily at all. Full of flavor and filling. The tamales were fluffy and held together well. Everything tasted fresh and had a depth of flavor you can’t often find in foods with restrictions. The food was eaten so quickly I didn’t even get any pictures.

Excellent tamales, tacos (I especially recommend the salmon tacos available on Fridays), aguas frescas, salads, salsas, rice and beans, guac... you can't go wrong! I recently worked with CDT Cocina to cater a large event (65 people) and Liz was amazing. Super responsive to finalize my order in advance, online invoicing was very convenient, and Liz brought the order right on time. Everyone was so thrilled by the meal - everything gluten free, many delicious vegetarian options, and of course amazing omnivore choices. She even brought us to-go boxes for our guests to take extras home if they wanted. We finished the meal with only some sides/salsas left and 100% happy eaters!
