Chin's Kitchen — Restaurant in Fresno

(10/3/24) Update: Tasty but Pricey, like i mentioned 5 years ago. Not really a dine in friendly place, but i've never seen anyone dine in there before. They're really only known for a few dishes, (Stir fry intestines, duck, roast pig) and their simple menu speaks for itself as they are still in business. They still do a great job at making stir fry intestine! I still find that they are one of the best flavors in town to me. The younger workers, owners kids probably, are getting better at cooking now. However, i still prefer Mr Chin. He still makes stir fry best if he is ever available to cook. We also usually get 2-3 whole roast pig here every year. I don't come in early enough to see roast ducks anymore, but his recipe is still one of my favorites. They also had some really good thai tea last time, but not sure if those are still on their menu. Definitely call ahead to check.

The duck and stir fry intestines are tasty but it is too expensive now. It’s like $25 for a duck and $25 for the intestine. If you buy duck, ask for duck sauce. Its really good tasting! I remember seeing a burger menu but i dont know if they...

Food is good...however, their service, especially if you call or order ahead, is not so great. They will literally forget and or sell your order to someone else the first chance they get(even when you're on time) and then say to you, "o, we forgot your order(even though you did a deposit on it already), or lie to you that they called you back, but no one picked up, that they can't do anything about it and just offer you an halfa**ed apology...so a little word of advice if you wanna do an order ahead of time by going in or over the phone, when it comes to the day/time you are picking up your order, call atleast 30 minutes before your pick up time, cause they might had forgotten it or, already sold your order.....that way, you don't waste your time driving all the way there...

DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP! 200% hands down the best Chinese food in Fresno county! This place puts marks kitchen to shame! The plates here at Chan's are stuffed to the very rim and prices are the best in town. I ordered a full clam shell of orange chicken and a full shell of chefs special chow me in and it was only 28 bucks. Aaannd the orange chicken is like no other! Best in town.
