Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional I ordered my pizza at 730pm for take out .When I ordered my pizza I didn't receive a recite neither did the person that ordered in front of me and neither did the person that ordered after me there was all kinds of recites on the counter with signatures on them after waiting 40min I asked about my pizza's and they said we don't have your name or your order. The guy that ordered before me started to worry and states I've been here for an Hour is my order ready his order been ready but they never called it so his pizza just been sitting there. for me I asked for my money back because I was headed to work and could not wait any longer they stated we can put them in now and it will be ready in 15-20min I requested my money back ..they did not care that I had been waiting almost an hour they just gave me my money back and looked at me like oh well ..I really love dominos pizza but I will never go to this location I'll stick to the...

I placed an order for my pizza from this location last night. The pizza took forever to arrive. And when it did arrive it was cold. Not only was it cold the pizza wasn't cut. And the cinnamon twists were half empty with no icing. It was a bad order. But I wanted to give them the chance to make it right. So I called today to see what they could do for me. Maybe it was a busy night. Things happen. And honestly I was thinking they would replace my order.. but instead was told they could make a new order and charge me all over again. This store is completely unprofessional they hang up on you they dont deliver the pizza to the right house they forget to deliver your food they have given me the wrong pizza and they give you false names when doing something they are not supposed to do and they laughed when I told then my kids are hungry and crying and hung up on my I had purchased a $40 order and had to cancel because it was taking 5 hours to "be delivered" I am definitely going to try to find another pizza place it's so disappointing how this store treats their customers and I'm considered a "regular".
