I don't think Domino's corporation ever read these ratings on Google. I will never order from Domino's ever again. There's plenty of other places that make pizza here in town other than Domino's. I was mistreated by this young girl acting manger. If you are a customer and you get mistreated here don't stay silent. Put in your review and rating. And hopefully Domino's start training their employee properly. Or eventually Domino's going out of business just like the other fast food company chain.
So I ordered three Pizzas off of Domino's app. The app tells me that my pizzas are done confirmation 494. I get to Domino's at this location. Then I sent my 16 year old daughter and my 12 year old son to go retrieve my pizza. With the confirmation number 494. The lady in the front refuse to get my kids the pizzas. My daughter calls me from inside of Domino's stating they refused to give her the pizzas. I go inside and show her the app and the confirmation number and she she still refused to give me my pizza, she wanted my phone number and my name and I gave it to her and she still refusing to give me my orders. She stated that my phone is not in their system so she not going to give me my pizzas. After arguing with her for 5 minutes she finally gave me my pizza. What's the whole point of ordering Pizzas off of this app if they're not going to give you your pizza with the confirmation number provided by the app.

Read moreI placed an order at 1045 this morning received email stating order was ready for pick up. Drove 12 minutes to pick up order that was ready at 1104 just to find out that the doors are locked all lights are off and there is no one working inside. I contact customer service which explains to me that this a franchise location so I would have to wait for someone else to reach out to me. Marylin contacts me and explains that the location is “open” and shows that my order of 45$ was picked up. I explain to her how I showed up to location but no one was there working on orders and she again explains to me what she had previously told me. I explain to her had I received my order, I wouldn’t be contacting dominos trying to see what’s going on. I was charged for order yet didn’t receive anything in return. My family and I love dominos I wouldn’t try to screw anyone over especially during a pandemic but I want what I paid for also. Number was disconnected and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I was not the only person waiting on order but she says that on her end it shows that everything was delivered and picked up. Idk sounds pretty fishy to me. Just waiting on my refund now. Read moreI had a worker who kept my credit card during the week - As always, I placed my order with this Domino's location and they delivered it - I have EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY PIECE OF INFORMATION ON THAT CARD MEMORIZED, by the way - and brought it right up to my door - And I was starving!! And I couldn't Wait to eat one of those piping hot sandwiches! And because I couldn't produce my card- because my worker had it, but it was obviously ME - but the delivery JERK didn't care, he would not give the order to me - so he called his big boss back at the office, and the JERK MANAGER said, "Bring It Back". And I did without my sandwich that night, and the next night as well. Bring it back? Isn't that a little, I don't know - extreme and cruel? So tonight I'll see, after All These Many Months - whether they skimp or are rude or just what. Because I feel like I'm going behind Mountain Mike's back and cheating.
