El Paso Furniture — Local services in Fresno

While my children were growing up I would always go to El Paso for furniture, and even after they were grown my children and myself have continued to going to El Paso it's been sort of a family tradition to get our furniture from them. The old owner had retired and he usually gave good bargains sometimes discounts, what years have passed years had gone and my daughter started to go to JK Furniture here in Fresno California and I will tell you that is the worst experience I ever had. The first time I order a chest drawer from them and was supposed to be the silver one kind of with little lights or sparkle around it but instead they sent me a brown chest drawer, I let that slide, but now they tried to give me something I did not order and came up with several excuses. One of the first excuses they gave me was they sold my item, and have to reorder another one, but when that did came the delivery man said that they couldn't get it up stairs and therefore they took it back. Okay now this is good the store lady tried to cover it up buy indicating giving me a different one but it was hideous, then she tried to charge more money for it and I wasn't going to go there, that scheme didn't work so they tried to give me something that was even hideous from the first one, and this one look like a rug and it was hideous than the first one that they tried to push onto me. And then further on when requesting a refund, they try to cover up their scheme I'm trying to pull the carpet underneath me and said that my daughter what's the one who can make a decision and yet what they did not know I kept the original receipt this is form of fraud I would not recommend anyone going there. If you want honest furniture then continue to go to El Paso furniture at least you know what...

Every one's time is very valuable and you will be waiting on this Guy All Day always excuses Never buying Furniture Here Again! The owner was very unprofessional I thought this man was a man of his Word NOPE! We ordered over the weekend 2 full Size beds 2 twins and bunkbeds including a sectional. We gave him cash up Front he said our beds would arrive on Monday, Monday came my husband called him to make sure he was bringing them the guy told him Yes they will be here from 4-6 my husband called again at 4:30 the guy told him he's very busy and he will call him right back never Did . The guy calls last minute at 5:30 and says he's not bringing beds today. My husband missed work because of this guy! Tuesday came my husband kept calling him to ask when beds are coming gave us different times and never showed.. his excuse was he was very busy and had other orders to do Also! Mind you our beds were supposed to be here On Monday! So they finally come and he messed up our order he gave us 2 queens instead of 2 twins he said it was $80 for both queens (mind you we already payed for the twin beds) he told my husband he will take off $40 for the sectional to arrive Wednesday my husband gave him Extra money because he messed up on our order and couldn't get it right and he Only took Off $40???? Plus in the beginning he said when the sectional comes it would already be put together now he's saying that he's just going to drop it off and we have to put it together ourselves since we want it in the morning? We have a Life we can't be waiting for this guy all Day and Say your Going to be here around this time and...

I will never go there again,el Paso furniture suck big time.. I went in on the 6th of April and was going to buy everything cash, bedroom set, kitchen table, and sectional, all total $4380..so you think they would be all over it right.they told me one week and they will deliver it all and set it up.. Almost 3 weeks later and all they brought me was my bedroom set and all they were going to do is leave it and I have to set it up myself for$1900 I don't think so.. So called the boss and told him what's the deal with that.. I told if that's the case you can take it back and give me all the money I put down which was $2100.. I was going to pay the rest on delivery which would of been another $2200, to make it $4560 with taxes.. I said that's the case take it back and give me all that I put down and will go somewhere else, he called his guys and told them to set it up, they did not like that.. So they did with me standing over them the entire time and they refused to take the trash with them when they were done, so I helped them out.. They couldn't leave right away do to they were blocked in by a car since I live in a apartment complex.. so grabbed the trash and put behind their truck for them, but not before they paid me the difference that they owed me which was $300, cuz I cancelled the rest of the furniture so they were not to happy 😢they lost out on a lot.. I was paying cash money no monthly payments, cash in full.. So all in all El Paso furniture sucks.. A bunch of unprofessional idiots, but you learn not to make those...
