Sequoia Motel — Hotel in Fresno

They're pretty relaxed here. The manager and her son are very nice & friendly. Willing to help you out & with great attitudes. They're on top of any maintenance issues you may have. The room was clean bathroom as well. One bed was a little softer than the other but not too bad. They could use some new pillows however. Grounds are very well kept. Not in the best location but surprisingly quiet at night. It's very well lit at night. Too many people hang out at night. But it's close to convenient stores, shopping, grocery stores, gas, fast food. All within walking distance. Housekeeper doesn't do a very good job of checking on the rooms that are being occupied more than one day. It seems she only cleans the vacated rooms. She don't even knock on your door to see if you need towels, toilet paper, bedding or to even ask if you'd like the room swept and mopped. The walls are a bit too dirty for my taste but overall the rooms are clean. There's a room inside of the room but only 1 tv and 1 air conditioning unit. And there's no ice machine. The staff , top to bottom cannot be beat in Fresno. I'm not one to heap praise on people like this but the manager has made sure my stay is beyond comfortable while allowing me to have privacy. The cleaning crew is fantastic. I try to not make a mess and what I can't take care of... It is done better than I can hope for. If I could stay here forever with these people I think I would. The rooms are spacious and pretty well equipped and the bathroom is designed just exactly the way I like. Glass doors to the ceiling and large. This is king kong is the nickname the owner and her son gave me. They are great owners and very helpful to all the people who comes here. This motel is a great place and family safe. The rooms are always clean daily with new sheets, blankets, and towels. They also have TVs, microwaves, fridges for your food and drinks. They have a parking lot with gates and they have cameras to help watch your cars when you're sleeping. Since I've been coming here I haven't seen or heard anything bad happening over here and I recommend it for everyone to come to this motel. This is by far one of the best motels...
