Burger King — Restaurant in Fresno

Everytime ive come here because i live close to this place ive been sitting in my car for at least 15 mins or more. Everytime I go into the drive thru i have to wait a bit before they can take my order and when i get to the window to pay im handed my drinks im asked to go and park in the front and ofcourse i get it places get busy and what not so i aint complaining bout that. What i am saying is the part where im sitting in my car for over 15 mins waiting and no one comes out to give me my food. I have to go in the last 3 times to stand in there and wait for even longer for my food to be served to me cause they are busy serving other imaginary guests in the restraunt. I see two or three other people eating in the place like once ive gone but the other two times im the only one in the place and the workers are in the back. I know because i can hear them yapping away. I have to literally yell to get their attention to give me my food. I went back twice after the first horrible experience because one i thought they couldn't be that bad. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. But i was wrong. Second time i went back cause i was tired and wanted to get dinner real quick before getting other stuff done that night. Boy was i behind going to get food from there. The service there sucks! The prices are good and food is great just the workers are lazy and slow. If they fired the ones who is losing biz there and got real workers who does their job i would give it better stars but it hasnt happen and i stopped going back to that restraunt....

I recently visited the Burger King located at Kangs Canyon in Fresno and left thoroughly disappointed. The experience was marred by terrible management and lackluster service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that there were organizational issues that needed addressing.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Tables were dirty, and there were noticeable spills on the floor that hadn't been tended to. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training or motivation to maintain a hygienic environment.

Furthermore, the service was incredibly slow, with long wait times despite there being few customers. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to the customers' needs. Orders were mixed up, and it took multiple attempts to get simple requests right.

But perhaps the most concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism from the management. There was an apparent lack of leadership, with no one taking charge to ensure the smooth running of operations. Instead, employees seemed to be left to fend for themselves, resulting in chaos and frustration for both customers and staff alike.

Overall, my experience at Burger King, Kangs Canyon, Fresno, was extremely disappointing. The combination of poor cleanliness, slow service, and ineffective management made for a wholly unsatisfactory visit. I would not recommend this location to anyone until significant...

NO DRIVE-THROUGH AT 8PM!!!!!

Sat at the drive-through for 10 minutes with one person ahead of my boyfriend and I. And one person behind us. Another 5 minutes go by...... and the person finally drove through and we pulled up to the intercom to start our order. And yet again waited and waited and waited. Another freaking 10 minutes. Stupid. We drove through to see maybe if the system was down and that we had to order in person. There were people and employees inside but the didn't seem to care or feel the need to be bothered by letting anyone know that the drive-through was closed. Well anyway, we were too hungry too go somewhere else. So we ended up going inside. I think the employees had their family or someone they knew really well there ordering food. So yet another 20 minutes go by and we finally order and get our food. I about inhaled my French fries 🍟 😋 because I was STARVING. So other than the whole drive-through debacle and timing bullcrap. Omg their French fries and onion rings were so freaking hot and fresh. It's rare that you get fresh hot fries at any fastfood place lately. So that's why I gave them a couple stars.

But come one..... it was like 8:30 or so at night!!!! And no message or sign or anything saying that the drive-through was closed and only orders taken were inside.
