This is my go to location due to it being 24hrs and the service. However, yesterday service was not it at all. We went at 7pm and to my surprise there was not really a line (perhaps bc of the Super Bowl) an. The girl who took our order with the iPad was very miserable and looked like we were bothering her by even being there. We ordered our drinks and had to repeat to her multiple times what we asked for because it seemed like she was high or just careless. My bf and me shrugged it off and continued our order. I asked for blue razz float on top and and she literally says with an attitude āwith whatā?? Like okay how rude. I still didnāt say anything. We pull up to the window and weāre not greeted at all not even a hello just a stare and silence. We were handed our drinks and we noticed one of our drinks was incorrect. We respectfully let the barista at the window know that one of our drinks did not look like what we ordered which was 1 rebel 1 lemonade and one coffee. She just stared at us like we were stupid and didnāt do anything about it. My boyfriend even asked to double check if one of the drinks was a coffee to which she replied with āyes that is a coffeeā with attitude still not understanding we had the wrong drink. She looked like she just wanted us to leave even though it was the wrong drink! Even trying to hand it back she wouldnāt take it until we said āitās supposed to be the lemonade this is a coffeeā and my boyfriend reached as much as he could out the window of his car to give it back. She finally noticed and then said āoh thatās not yoursā grabbed it and switched it out. No apology was given, no thank you, no have a nice night. She just stood there. Before we drove off I counted the cars in line and it was ours the one before us and 1 car behind us only. Not busy at all. Iām not sure if itās because the superbowl was on or employees were tired but I just think the way we were treated was unfair but I didnāt want to say anything bc I usually shrug things off. We begin to make our order and as I asked for no whip, the individual screamed at me and said well your drink does not come with whip and by the time we got to the third item that we wanted, I turned my head to speak with my sister to ask her what her child would want and the individual proceeded to just scan my phone while it was sitting in my hand on the steering wheel and assumed I was done ordering and screamed at me you can just pay out the window and walked away.anyways that individual would prefer not too give me their name so that I could not make a complaint and so I asked to speak with the manager. They said sure thing his name is āJoseā then a lady comes to the window stating she the manager but not the manager. What ever that means. So long story short they would not give me the individuals name that took my order. Or this person that is the manager but not the manager. She said sheās uncomfortable with giving me her name. Like okay Iām uncomfortable with giving you my name but you now know my name and my phone number because thatās what you TOOK from me! Ā Ā Ā Read moreNormally, I would give you guys five stars but you're only getting three because for the last two weeks I've been unable to get a decaf, sugar-free golden eagle with sugar-free caramel drizzle. This was offered in my neck of the woods and was the primary reason for me to go to Dutch Brothers because my wife cannot have sugar and she really enjoyed these types of golden eagles. I, on the other hand, really enjoy your regular golden eagles but honestly, I'm not going to go to some place that does not have the ingredients for my wife's coffee. Crux of the matter is, we went to another Dutch Brothers in Northern California and they had the sugar-free caramel drizzle. So, someone in the Central valley most likely their regional manager has dropped the ball majorly because this time when I got my two golden eagles I asked why I was able to get it in Grass valley but I was not able to get it in my hometown of Fresno California and the person I spoke with said that their supply chain dropped the ball. Which is really sad because that means all of Fresno is without this type of drink because of one person dropping the ball. And it also means that you guys are going to lose money.
