😕 It is one of the best Taco Bells I've been to, but it lacks at times. The service is inconsistent. Sometimes I go and have a perfect experience. Other times I go: INSIDE: Dirty tables and floors (needs to be cleaned on a regular basis) Soda station is a mess! (needs to be checked on a regular basis) They ask for people's names for the order (instead of a number system, I'm guessing to be personable) and have heard employees snicker about names (which is not only unprofessional, but rude, and it fails the attempt of trying to be personable). Employees not checking the condiments station, so there is trash in the containers ... gross! DRIVE-THRU: I have gone on my lunch break, and it takes so long, that I don't get to eat my lunch. I waited over 10 mins. once to order, because the employee said she didn't know anyone was waiting. There was a line behind me! I get asked or request "# of sauce". I often get double what I ask for or not enough. 🤔 RECOMMENDATIONS Have a person on the floor to clean tables, sweep, check/fill condiments, clean/stock soda station, and greet/check on customers experience. Hire employees that are professional and can count. A pleasant voice would be nice, too. Some of the window and counter people have the MOST ANNOYING VOICES! Read moreTerrible service and the manager skimped on the ingredients in my entire order. I stopped by 30 mins before closing time and their drive-thru menu was off. I had to ask for it to be turned on so I could place my order and the employee handling the drive-thru window had to go ask the manager to turn it back on. After that waste of time (about 7 mins) I ordered some reaper fries, 2 reaper burritos, a taco pack, 3 cheesy bean & rice burritos & 1 triple layer nachos. When i got to the window to pay the manager came to the window and said that she couldn't make the taco pack because it was 20 mins til closing time and she was not going to make more meat for the tacos. Then she said okay fine I'll make them but I have to remove your 3 burritos. I agreed to this only because the tacos were for my kids and I didn't want to drive to the next nearest taco bell. The manager was a young girl with greenish blue hair color and a bad attitude towards her job and serving customers. When I filed a complaint with Manager Name Isabell about one of her employees who where working on window on April 24th at night time and didn't cover her face properly. Isabell excuse was that its not mandatory to wear mask. She stated she cannot take any action but can only advice to employees.
If you have a medical condition and cannot wear face mask it comes under ADA but COVID19 law overwrites ADA. Person with ADA who cannot wear mask need to use drive through window. An employee of taco bell who has healthcare issue and deny to wear proper face covering shouldn't be hired at this time of pandemic.
