THE BAKERY IS THE BEST BAKERY TO HIT FRESNO!!!!! If you fear gluten free items would not taste good....let me tell you, NOT TRUE!! The bakery items here are FRESH, FLAVORFUL, AROMATIC, and SIMPLY WONDERFUL!! 100% GLUTEN FREE!!! I took two cakes (Lemon and Bavarian Fruit) for a work luncheon and 100% of the employees agreed THIS IS THE BEST BAKERY IN FRESNO. Then I told them it was all gluten free and they said, "BY FAR THE BEST BAKERY." This bakery has been a game changer for people who have dietary restrictions who still want to live life like everyone and be able to indulge from time to time. I VOW this Place will NOT disappoint you. Try their quiches, muffins, cookies, cakes and mini pies. Well heck, TRY IT ALL!!! For those of us who must eat gluten-free, the quality here is "sans rival" -without rival. Excellent. We've tried just about every item in this shop -even the sugar free- and I'm consistently impressed with flavor and performance. If you're a baker, you know crap ingredients give you crap quality and the finished product just doesn't render as well as it could. Top-quality here renders flavors & textures that are unbeatable. Thank you so much for wonderful service and edibles, so delicious!

Came back to add: their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies would win ribbons. Just fantastic! So would their pear/almond tarts. Holy cow, hard to decide which is my favorite!

Back to edit: They had something new this weekend, DONUTS. Oh my goodness, and they're more like a puff pastry in that they added a custard filling that is divine. THESE ARE A HIT, PLS MAKE MORE, LOL!! These would win awards, too. Pretty much all their baked goods would win...

Wanted to love this place , as I was an employee, the owner is by far not up to standards or California law. If he's not yelling and screaming or cursing at you he's telling you how you'll never make it . I worked 7 days ... 7 didn't get paid for almost 4 weeks . My grandma died right in the first week , he gave me time off , when I got my final check and noticed the math wasn't matching on what we agreed for pay , he says you get paid if you work . I said sir my grandmother died and the hours aren't matching my pay , he says what does your grandmother have to do with this ... Sir that's why I was out ... You gave me the extra time off ,I didn't ask for . When I ask about my pay, you respond with you get paid when you work,so you doc my pay because of a death? You scream at me and berate me , belittle me , curse at me , doc my pay over a death ... Ok ... I have all the proof I...
