El Mariachi — Restaurant in Fresno

Went there for lunch and ordered a salad and combo plate. The salad was full of water and part of the meat in the tacos was cold and tasted as bland as I'd ever had. Tried to tell the waitress it was bland twice and she just smiled, nodded and walked away. We obviously stopped eating after a few bites but she never seemed to care. When we went to the register to ask for a manager, she said she was in charge til 4. Asked if we were ready to pay and we told her again about the unsatisfactory food. She then turned mean and told us to never come back again. That's when I got pissed and told her there's no way we're coming back and to pay attention when people aren't eating their food. Even if you don't understand the language, pay attention. There's only 3 tables occupied in the joint... Jesus! Also if you want to watch TV or listen to the radio, you'd better speak Spanish. Usually the stereo is fine, but the TV too? The other two tables were Spanish people but speaking English... Not sure whether they spoke Spanish but nobody...

Wanted to give this place a chance. Pass by it everyday so today I thought I'll stop by and order some Mexican food. I love Mexican food but stay away from this place. I ordered a Torta and a plate of Asada Nachos. It took them about 10 minutes to get the order ready, my Torta was bland and cold. The bread tasted like it was toasted a day before. Tomatoes a day lettuce was old and soggy. NACHOS don't get me started with that reheated plate. You can always tell that the chips were reheated in the microwave because they become rubbery and tough. HORRIBLE PLACE. Will not go back, would rather go to taco Bell for Mexican food, and Taco Bell isn't even close to...

Staff doesn't seem to be too kind to Food delivery drivers. Treating someone like they are beneath you when they are taking time out of their day to deliver food to your customers that has helped keep your business afloat in the time of pandemic isn't right. I see drivers come and go from Resturaunts all over the country. They work hard, they dedicate themselves to serving their community, their efforts have helped keep Resturaunts open, and keep people employed.
