Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Fresno

I absolutely love fat burger, except for this location. When this Clovis and kings canyon location first opened up in Fresno, I had no complaints. My food was always made perfect. Now since it’s been open for awhile, the quality of the food has really gone down hill at this location. I really think it’s the employees not wanting to listen to customer’s requests. I always ask for certain condiments to be put on light and they always seem to put extra??? Last time I went I asked for light mustard and my whole burger was smothered in mustard. I asked for a banana shake and they gave me a vanilla. I just don’t understand what’s up with this location and why the workers are always rude and don’t listen to my requests. I placed an order online at 10:40 and paid for it of course. When I went to go pick it up they tell me they stop taking orders at 10:30 so they never made the food. The problem is I paid for it already and now have to wait a couple weeks for the money to be refunded to my card. Both their website and Google say they don't close until 12, but apparently that's false. I'm not the kind of person who orders food last minute before a restaurant closes so if I'd know I never would have tried, but I really don't understand why I was able to place an order and have my payment accepted if they had no intention of making it. The very lest they could've done was give me a phone call after my order came in telling me they weren't going to make it, but no, they waited until I got there. This is a hidsen little Vegan Gem in Fresno. Vegan burgers, milkshakes and nuggets til 12 a.m.... yess! They have two different vegan burgers one is a classic boca patty and the other is an Impossible patty. I got the boca, I enjoy more classic style patties over the Impossible due to nutrition, as well as the boca cost less. I got shoe string fries and Vegan Nuggets, boca burger ans a drink, they also had non dairy cheese for the burger which was a huge plus. The burger was really good and filling, came with onion, tomato, cheese, shredded lettuce, vegan mayo would have sent this over the top, but it was still good even without it.
