Quirky, eccentric, fun and lively craft brewery and taproom that is quite befitting of Tower District. They offer crafted alcoholic beers and ciders, there is options occasionally available of Pabst or Duff beer, and also non alcoholic beverages are available that really are amazing for those whom do not partake in alcohol. There is always entertainment available each night of the week including Karaoke Sundays, Open Mic Thursdays, Pianist Extraordinaire Nate Butler performs live as well weekly, and touring + local bands appear and perform frequently. Indoor atmosphere has nautical themes blended with neo-victorian mortuary themes, some may say there is some steampunk accents incorporated, and the back patio features shaded, spray misting seating area with ample space for patrons and performances. Does this bar know what it wants to be when it grows up? I'm not sure. Starting out with at least a sense of vision as a steampunk concrete void with a few interesting art pieces, it has evolved into a lowest common denominator of bro edm dj fart party, horrible karaoke, and excellent blues and Americana performers, both local and touring. Do you like American music? I like American music. But this place doesn't know what it wants to be, or what kind of atmosphere it wants to provide. The goal is clear, they to sell you expensive craft beer. That's ok, but you must reward your customers with a decent experience if you're going to demand premium prices.
