I was very disappointed when i visited this particular location. One of the biggest things that McDonald's has done recently which I personally believe was a great way to show support as well as help out the community, is to not only offer free WiFi to their consumers but to also put in electrical outlets throughout the dinning area allowing dine in customers the availability to charge their electronic device. My friend and I stopped at this McDonald's the other day for lunch and chose to dine in, one of our main reasons for doing so is that she and i were out apartment hunting at the time, and both of our phones were about dead, and the wifi would have been useful in continuing our hunt. That thought was short lived though as i realized when we went to sit down that every plug had been covered with a metal plate... When i asked why I was told because they decided that having that option was only attracting a crowd of people which they prefer not to have at their resteraunt... I was then in disbelief when the employee continued to tell me that they try and keep track and will only allow someone using the wifi to do so for no longer then 10 minutes, out until their order has been eaten, which ever comes first. The final straw for me was when i was completely appauled by the fact that they literally called and had s police officer come and escort a woman off the property after finishing her meal about 5 minutes earlier because she had been there too long and was then considered to be loitering. Earlier today at 9:15am I went to this McDonald’s because it was the closest to my work and I was on my lunch. When I paid the touch screen registers I owed .10 cents off my order. So I printed out the receipt to give to the cashiers in the front so I can pay the difference. When I gave them my receipt, they told me my stuff has been voided and how I never paid for my item. But it clearly stated that I did and that I only owed .10 cents. They refused my change. They told me I didn’t get charge. So I was like okay, I’ll try it again. But when I tried to pay for the second order; my card got declined. I told the cashiers that my card got declined, so they tried to do it on their end, but it still got declined. And I told them obviously it got charged from the first item. So they called the manager, the manager never showed up the supervisor talked to them but not visibly shown, so idk what have been said. Then the supervisor came back and told me that they can’t help me and that I should just wait until they refund my money. Which they claimed that “I never paid for” they didn’t even Ofer to help or even say sorry for their behalf. I’m no longer coming back to this McDonald’s. This is not the only issue I had with them. I’ve been here multiple times and the food is always cold and my mcchicken would be sloppy. Everyone has a attitude problem as well. If I could, I would give this...
