Me-n-Ed's On Tap — Restaurant in Fresno

So... I take two friends that I don't see often, and have the worst experience I've ever had from this chain. I was embarrassed after telling my friends how good they were. I ordered a large combo, salad and three drinks around 9:40 pm and was told it would be about 40 minutes. Wow, pretty long, but it was Saturday night. They gave me the drink cups and a number to display on the table.....Well finally after 10:30, went to the counter to inquire about the pizza and salad. They looked around and said, "It looks like we must have used it for a different order. We'll make you another one right away...." that would be at least 20 minutes. They said they would bring the salad right out.... 15 minutes later, I again inquired about the salad. They didn't have any made up and had to make some. ".... would you like some cheese bread as a courtesy? " I said sure. Well. After another trip to the counter, the pizza is brought to the table. I inquire about the salad and the gal that brought the pizza comes back about 5 minutes later with it. I then went inquire about the free cheese bread. Finally after another 10 minutes, it arrives. It was well after 11:30 before we left. Two hours and $30 some thing and a bad show on my part for choosing there to take my friends. Overall, 😕☹️👎👎👎👎🐌❎❎❎❎

PS Upon reviewing other reviews here, there seems there may be a chronic problem with staff and/or management. I hope that the owner will get on it. Not sure if / when I might give them...

So first time ordering from here tonight 10/26 or 27 however you see fit. Pretty good food, except it was cold considering my GPS said I live 6 min away. I first tried calling at 10:20pm and was put on hold twice totaling to a 30min wait before I hung up. But I really wanted Me n Ed's so I called again and was placed on hold for 15min till I got someone. Yay me. I ordered my food which was a medium pizza and it will be a hour and 20 min wait. Ok, its Friday I'm smoking and definitely not driving. It gets here in about that time instead of a medium I got a large. That's cool and I was still charged the medium but my pizza was cold and I'm the few people in this world who don't like cold pizza and the box was that wet soggy feeling. I have a bad hand and it was starting to slip the driver helped me catch it until I got my other arm around to holding the other side of box. Best part pizza wasnt soggy so I really dont care about the box being soggy. So I give this restaurant a 3.5, just because I was on hold for so long. After 20 min he picked up and said please hold before I said ok I was already on hold again. Also no holding music I kept checking my phone to see if I got hung up on. Then again the pizza was cold, but Pizza at 12am from Me n Ed's I'll do it...

The customer service was horrible I ordered my food and cashier was rude couldn't answer any question I had for a pizza that was offered online and in restaurant what toppings were and pricing after letting me know the high price not what was online for I asked questions and it took 3 people to answer both questions. The cashier has no knowledge of ingredients or toppings that special pizzas they offer. After talking to 3rd person I got issue resolved manager tried to give wrong change before finding out cashier took my money and didn't give explanation why she left without giving change it aswer why pizza more in restaurant than online. Bottom line not wheel chair or family friendly not a place for kids too much drunk crowds and extremely loud music's playing hard to eat and talk to anyone. Security was too concentrated on what was happening due to restaurant mess up than others around took job too serious. Kept watch on my handicapped wife and I than anyone else. I moved chairs away to make room and was put back with no regard if situation at hand really uncomfortable area to dine at. Will not go back or...
