Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:30 pm via the app. The app stated it was charging an additional 5 dollars for delivery and stated we would have the pizzas delivered in just over an hour. 90 minutes later there was no pizza. The app asked for my address, phone number and email. I never received a receipt in my email. I called the store and the employee put me on hold for several minutes then came on and said the pizzas were marked as take out and that I needed to come and get them. She took my name and number and said she would have the manager call me but there was no option to deliver the pizzas. When picking up the pizzas my daughter stated the staff was rude to her and threw away the receipt so there was no proof of purchase available. I was told that the manager would reach out to me over the phone and this never happened. 60 dollars is a lot of money for such an experience. I was under the assumption that it is a requirement for a restaurant to provide proof of purchase. Wouldn't...

Our “server” Mellisa A. was very rude. The title server shouldn’t even be given to anyone because they just yell your number whenever your pizza is ready. When we ordered our food FOR DINE IN, we were told that the wait would be 25-35 min. After sitting down for about 2 min, there was flies everywhere, almost every table was dirty, and it was very hot and stuffy. We decided to ask for our order to go, when I approached her about switching the order to go, she has said she had put it to go in the first place. I came back to my table just to see that the family next to me had a to go box sitting on their pizza stand because mellisa placed their order to go as well. Let’s not forget that they offer a salad bar option on their menu, but there’s no salad bar to be found. WAY TO GO MELLISA...

Horrible place! The two young girls who were working when I visited came out from behind the counter into the main room. The one girl was braiding the other girls hair. Both were touching and playing with the long hair. They then went behind the counter and one took money from a customer while the other took pizzas from the oven. At that point both girls begin handling food, one cutting the pizzas and the other preparing the food. Neither girl had washed their hands prior to handling the food or their hair and did not have food handler gloves. Very unsanitary conditions and I will never go back and am reporting them to the...
