Ordered online with App. And was there within 15-20 minutes from ordering. Got free medium two topping with redeemed points. Ordered a box of Cheez-it pizzas. Got to store and the lady helping me looked in hot box where theyāre put when done. Wasnāt there so she looked over wall into back and goes oh itās sitting here. She gives it to me and the box of Cheez-it was very warm. Got home 5 minutes later and ready to eat and pizza was ice cold. The cheese had already gone hard. I donāt know how but it was like it had sat out for quite a while. Was very dry not at all like a fresh made pizza. So donāt know if they made fresh or had one same as mine no one picked up so just gave that one I donāt know. But I will certainly be checking this locations orders thoroughly from now one. On the phone with manager, he was very concerned. He offered a credit of $40. I used it the first time on Father's day, no problem. The young lady was very helpful. Today, a week after only using $14 of the credit. The manager said he doesn't remember giving a credit. He said he is not allowed to give credit. Honestly, after getting food poison, I called for my refund. I will never eat here again. Pizza never really taste good. Frankly, after the customer service I received I will not return...

I understand having to purchase jalapenos & ranch, but really a $1 for each packet of crushed peppers & parmesan. It's been a while since we last visited this location and it will be the last time we patron this place. It's bad enough you don't deliver to our area any more, but come on if I have to pick up orders, you can at least provide cheese, crushed peppers, plates, and napkins. I don't know if this is company standard now or the GM is just getting over on his guest, but either way poor business practices....
