When I first walked in I was greeted kindly by the cashier and the whole restaurant smelled amazing! I was very excited to eat lunch there with my wife, the food looked and and smelled very promising. Upon receiving our food I was extremely disappointed at what I had received, I ordered the chicken kabob lunch special, I didn't know I ordered the grilled onion special! For 15 dollars I got a side of rice with four, that's right just FOUR little pieces of chicken covered in a mountain of sautéed onions and bell pepper. I am no onion hater either, I love onions and peppers but this felt like I got played or even robbed. With that being said the flavor was very good, taste is on point but it's definitely seems like one of those restaurants that does not care about there customers or there employess. Instead of fancy lights and pictures all over your establishment how about adding a little more chicken to your bowls. Place was empty when I went in and I can see why. Save your money and go to nick the Greek. 12.50 a bowl and jam packed with protein. Or just stick to getting a falafel wrap....

Went with my husband last night and the girl at the desk, Victoria, was so beyond rude to us. Beforehand, we called to see what time they closed and she hung up on us. Called back and she had the worst attitude. Despite that we decided to come in and try the food. While taking our order, she was so unpleasant and rude. She gave us the wrong persons order, then gave us ours but forgot our salad. When we asked for our salad, she tried to make it seem like it was our fault SHE forgot to put it in our to go bag. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She ruined the experience. How embarrassing for the owners to have someone like that representing their company. We ordered through their app. We went to the location and we called them. They said we don't have your order and on the app it said its accepted. They charged the card and we had to go inside. It supposed the be for curbside pickup, not going inside. They didn't even attempt to say that they will fix it. The lady that works there has an attitude. I tried their other locations, and they had better service. They refunded our money, but its not about the money. Its about the service. They all had to just apologize, but people come from far away to get food. And their attitude shows how they are. Nobody in the back was wearing masks while making the food.
