Today is the second time now that we ordered sandwiches that have avocado in the name, and there was no avocado in the sandwich. Also today my wife's sandwich was ordered without cream cheese because she's allergic. And there is cream cheese on the sandwich. She doesn't get to eat her food and my time is worth more than a $7 sandwich so I won't be going back. Quality control is definitely not a priority at this location. Better off going across the street to Subway. At least the sandwich is made right every single time. At this point if I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and paid $38.95 for them, in the photo is supposed to be there tri tip steak with jack cheese. In the first picture is a dryed up piece of meat and didn't receive the chips I order and was charged for them. I called down to the store at 6034 Figarden Dr. And asked to talk to the manager, when I was explaining to him about the sandwich he hung up on me. Very rude and bad customer service.

So, I use to work at Deli Delicious. I've trusted this Franchise for a long time. I will start by saying Deli Delicious is great, NOT THIS LOCATION. STAY AWAY. Judging by my order, I can tell whoever is managing this place, is doing an awful job. I got a FULL grilled chicken salad and I got 1, quarter full, side of ranch. Probably enough ranch for 3 fry dips ha I got less than half a serving of chicken. You guys are suppose to weigh the chicken. I had 3 pieces and chicken crumbs. I also got a mini tuna and the bread was burnt and stale. I KNOW IT WAS STALE BECAUSE IT WAS DRY AND HARD, NO BLAME ON TOASTING. You want Deli Delicious, go to a different location. Waste of money. Train your staff correctly. I recommend the one on Blackstone and Bullard if youre ever on that side of town. Lovely staff. FATASTIC FOOD. Does things right by the book. Not Fig...

Don't eat here! I go to the one on Blackstone/Bullard and it is AMAZING. Thinking this one was going to be the same I ordered the french dip. The Owner was looking over the shoulder of the girls making the sandwiches and taking meat off that they had put on. The sandwiches were poorly made. The sandwich was small and unevenly cut, and had ONE piece of meat on it. I ordered a medium and it looked smaller than i small. The owner was rude and skimped on all the ingredients. I almost went back in, but decided to count my losses and NEVER go there again. Take my advice, if you want a good sandwich go to the one on Blackstone and Bullard.!!! Stay away...

This is the second time I ordered deli delicious thru Doordash. The first time I ordered it said it came with The Works. It didn't. Then they said its because that sandwich didn't come with the works it was a typo on Doordash part. Then I ordered today. A Philly cheese steak and in the notes I asked for the works. When it arrived they sent meat melted cheese and mayo. No peppers, onions or the works. For 40$ I didnt get what I wanted and it didn't even come with the description. When I tried to call no one answered. I was working with no car so I couldn't even drive to take it back. Never ever ordering from them...
