Red Onion Fresno — Restaurant in Fresno

Update: Red Onion was great in the past, but they have changed for the worse. They have menus posted up with specific pics and wording describing what you do get with your meal. I had ordered a bacon "CHEESEBURGER" meal which it already suppose to come with cheese in the price posted well they think its okay to charge me a extra .75 cents on top of the $9.49 price for the cheese thats already in the meal price so I had brought this up to the attention of one of the workers/management there and was directly told that none of there meal combos comes with cheese even though their own menu states "CHEESEBURGER MEAL" and has writting right next to it saying "with bacon and cheese" on the #9 combo meal. He then tells me they have been charging the extra .75 cents per meal for awhile now regardless what meal you order even though you order a cheeseburger meal or not so please be warned to check your reciept if you plan on going there because this is not right or professional doing your costumers like that. We would go there all the time like once a week, but we will not be returning ever again. Buisinesses that do that to people and rip people off will not ever get my support. Red Onion you guys know better than to be doing that to your costumers and you know its not right or professional so why are you even doing it? I do not recommended this...

We are Fans of Frosty Queen- we wanted to try the Red Onion. Go to Frosty Queen!!!! The red onion will have u crying- wrong orders, no customer service- u are jus money they don't know how to be friendly or welcoming. I guess I expected too much from that hole in the wall establishment. Few years ago this place was good but now it’s not. Had gone here a couple of weeks ago. I use to love the chili cheese fries here, the chili beans don’t taste the same along with the customer service the lady was rude. She had attitude & did not understand more ketchup. She acted like she pays for the ketchup sauces or it comes out of her pay check. I wasn’t in the mood to tell her anything just took my food & left. Then didn’t offer to give a fork for my fries. I’ll try the other location, definitely won’t be going back to this one. Even my husband noticed how much the lady had attitude.
