I paid extra for this experience and the lady at the giraffe counter was extremely rude. She wouldn't get off her phone and very rudely explained the rules. You can't touch the giraffes by the way, even if you have clean hands, and you only get 3 romaine leafs. It's literally over in 3 seconds. The whole experience wasn't worth the extra money.

What a fun experience! My son and GF both loved feeding the giraffes. They had 4 Giraffes grubbing on some lettuce. Everyone should experience feeding a giraffe at least one time in their lives, so what better place to do it then at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo!

Very Kid Friendly! I suggest being a member so the lettuce isn't very pricy but the giraffes are beautiful! Worth every bit of the experience! A+ Experience 😇

What a fun experience! My son and GF both loved feeding the giraffes. They had 4 Giraffes grubbing on some lettuce. Everyone should experience feeding a giraffe at least one time in their lives, so what better place to do it then at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo!

Everything about this place was great service friendly staff and good food. Much better food than the similar restaurant Denny's. Excellent service, where the MANAGER treats you like family. Location on Tulare St. just a block from the Amtrak station and Greyhound depot and next to La Quinta hotel motel color TV....

This is an awesome attraction at the zoo. The only downfall is that even if you buy your tickets online, you still need to wait in the long line with everyone else who is purchasing tickets at the register. It would be nice if they had a separate line for tickets already purchased. Other than that...
