I’ve been going to this Romeo’s for a while but will no longer be going there. I’m tired of every time I step foot in there all the girls look at me as if I’m walking into their house or something, like I’m not welcome. I’ve seen these girl be extremely rude to several customers. Their always rolling their eyes at people and they constantly have attitudes. I went in to this location last night with my boyfriend and ordered 3 sandwiches. I told these 2 girls what I wanted on 2 of my sandwich’s but before I could get to the 3rd one of them came up and wanted me to pay and was asking me questions. Well I finally get to say what I want on my 3rd and the girl tells me, “well I already made the sandwich”. Then the other girl goes over and they start gossiping, I’m assuming about me. After like 2 mins this girl comes back and hands me the bag. I asked her if they had changed my sandwich and she said, “no we can’t waist it” so I told her “well this isn’t what I wanted on my sandwich.” Then she replies, “well isn’t that something you should’ve said in the beginning?” Mind you, she said this while moving her hands around and rolling her eyes at me. I told her I hadn’t had the chance because she walked over and wanted me to pay. She then told me with an attitude that I had to pay for another sandwich and that’s all they could do. These people get mad because they automatically assume what you want on your sandwich but then you tell them, and they don’t care. Their response is oh well. They should automatically ask you what you want, I’ve actually had a few girls that have in the past. I could’ve been allergic to items on that sandwich but they didn’t care and were extremely rude about it. I will no longer be...
Read moreThe staff is usually unprofessional unless the owner is there then they're customer service is on point. When I call their telephone etiquette is awful without cause like for some reason they seem to always have woken up on the wrong side of the bed and I'll try to be polite but almost always get cut short and hung up on. This last time I called to place an order for 2 pizzas at 8:40 saying I was on my way. I was told they don't take orders after 8:40 which I found understandable. I arrived at Romeos at 8:43 and was surprised to find the place still open thinking I finally got lucky, but was told they had no pizza so I asked to get a sandwich instead, but was told they had no food. I asked why she didn't tell me when I called and said I was on my way she said because I didn't ask which I thought was rude. A simple I'm sorry or it slipped my mind would have sufficed. I like the food and its prices but being a customer seems like a Hassel when staff isn't pleasant. I have tried to purchase pizza multiple times between 8:30 and 8:45 and the store is always closed early, so if you want something you have to be there I'm guessing by 8. I do like they're food most of the time however every now and then the sandwich bread is stale, but food and service is what you pay for with the price being so cheap. If this continues I might just join others and not give this place my business anymore, I'm getting tired of dealing with many of their employees and I want to think of pizza and a movie as a pleasant and relaxing way to end the day, it seems as though I can't have my cake and eat it to with romeo's. I do hope your experiences here are better than...
Read moreA few days ago was my first time going there in a while and the cashier overheard our conversation then added her input disagreeing and being condescending to my family. I then just ordered my food and the cook placed an order on the counter and since I wasnt looking I didnt even know it was mine until I asked, not sure why they arent calling names or handing the orders. Second time going there today, I asked for a turkey sub and the cook brought one bagged sub with a bag of chip in it to the counter near me then brought another to the other customer and the cashier took out the chip and gave to the cook to put in the other bag, I think they got our subs mixed up, which could have been prevented if they had told us which is whose instead of just placing subs on the counter expecting the customers to know...
