NoI always like to tell people about its unique teas, there great to have some quality friend time kinda tea and catching up spot. I wish the owner maybe think about revaping the style bit on outside mostly, I think if it were more inviting instead of a blah look it perk up there business more. Also , get a new supervisor or assistant , someone not related or at least with a different perspective. The price s a bit high for service , needs a lil more luv and boot the greedy shady gradies employee s . I am not sure if owner same person, but he is a smart man , that I recall. I know he is busy with other projects , just don't put all your eggs in one basket. Try not to forget tower district is and can be brighter again. Oh and Mr. Or Ms. Whomever owns rights or deed, Get the huge 7up sign off doesn't go. Paint outter like lite blush rose, put an Neon sign up to light up like tower theather kinda. So it stays ! Put like a karokie night or car night , bike night shing ding, maybe a garfitit art on side. Keep the place for us baler on a buget client's who love to take a walk around an stop by for a spot...
Read moreI love their hot and iced teas but wish there could be more consistency when it comes to flavor and customer service. Some visits, it would be the best tasting tea ever and other times their teas would taste watered down. Same goes for their service. Some visits the cashier up front would be welcoming and warm. On our other visits they're just eager to see what choice you make on the tip option screen when their service was not even up to par.
With not too many options of legit tea houses in the area that I am aware of, I will have to say that Teazers is still my favorite. They do offer frequent customer rewards (Five Stars?), but the free drink is not the customer's choice.

Read moreThis is now my favourite drink place in Fresno. It is more pleasant to be in than any other place for any other type of drink. There is a quiet room in the back where you can drink tea in peace, the main section is a little louder but still cozy, the selection of teas is marvellous, and the yoda chai I got, as well as the cream earl grey, were delicious. The staff was polite, friendly, and seemed hard-working. A few tapestries with quotes from the Buddha were hung on one of the walls. The bathroom was amazing, though the latch to make sure nobody came in through the code input (like what Starbucks has) is not low enough to be accessed by wheelchair users (which is why I only give five stars). Excellent...
