Viva! Be Bowl'd — Restaurant in Fresno

I had seen this place a number of times when frequenting Casa Corona. The name and logo kind of threw me off as I didn’t know really what it was. It was requested for me to order lunch for the office from here, so I decided to check it out. To be honest, I was really impressed with the selection of food and menu items. Somewhat unique with Mexican & Indian flavored bowls, tacos, salads, etc. I selected the Perfecto Protein, which was awesome with Ceviche! So flavorful and left me feeling satisfied with out feeling disgustingly full.

I also tried the Street Corn Cup and Energy Bites. The corn cup was not my favorite with feta cheese. Would have been a little better with cotija or even Parmesan. As for the energy bites, flavor was great!

I placed a large order for the office the day before and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. The next day, when I came in at 11am, not only was everything completed and boxed up, but they even helped load it all in the car for me. Go check out this newly found gem when you...

Speechless! I've been wanting to try this place for some time now. I thought I was going to walk out of there with a bowl of some sort. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I was going to walk out of there with the absolutely hands down best bowl of posole verde I've ever EVER had! It is truly spectacular! It was seasoned to perfection and made my taste buds dance! Homemade with tons of love poured in. It was so good, I actually came home and poured it from the to-go bowl into what of my own glass bowls. It felt wrong to eat it from the cardboard to-go bowl it was served in. 😁

But wait there's more. It actually gets better! I was told the tacos are pretty good too. Let me tell you, that was the understatement of the year! Super fresh and packed with flavor, a true symphony of ingredients singing a wonderful melody together!

This place needs more locations since yesterday! I absolutely love their salads and bowls! And I don't know how they do it, but the chicken is somehow always juicy, never dry. They are relatively well priced, and the best part is, I don't ever leave feeling unhealthy. Their options are catered to eating healthier without the guilt. Their ingredients are also fresh, so you won't have to worry about its quality. Every single staff member there is friendly and has great customer service.

I was really hoping they opened a location by the new Clovis shopping center on Shaw and Leonard, but unfortunately, they aren't. Please, please open...
