The customer service skills at this location SUCKS!! When I pulled up to place my order the cashier was giggling and horsing around, causing him not to hear my order. Once the order was taken (or so I thought), I pull around to the window and pay the total that was given to me. A few minutes later I'm recieving exactly what I DID NOT ORDER. When the manager comes to see what the hold up was, I told her that I was given the wrong meal (suggesting that perhaps it belonged to the people behind me). Instead of offering an apology and rectifying the situation, she gets an attitude and attempts to charge me full price for the meal that I had initially ordered. I inform her that I had already payed the tilled amount given to me by her cashier. Her reply was,"well you need to pay the difference of the meal". By now 20 minutes has gone by (yes, I counted).I told her that I did not feel as though I should have to pay the difference between the meals because the error was not my fault. I further explained that had her cashier not been goofing around, the order would have been taken correctly. At this point, my meal should have been given to me at what I payed (it was over $10), and an apology should have been given. But no, what I recieved was eye rolling, huffing and puffing, and an argument as to why I needed to pay the difference. After viewing the manager's conduct I just asked for a refund, I no longer possessed the patience to deal with the situation. And hell, WHO KNOWS what they might do to my food now! The manager then hands me back incorrect change, as I tell her the correct amount to give back, she Tells me not to get an attitude. This is where I go off! I've now been in line for 30min dealing with a situation that I didn't cause, I was met with attitude about it even though no attitude (at that point in time was given back), I was argued down about paying a difference, when I asked for my money back I get MORE attitude on top of THE INCORRECT CHANGE and when I try to correct the change I'm told to NOT HAVE AN ATTITUDE?! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME BURGER KING?! I was not looking for a handout. I just wanted the matter to be resolved correctly or at least with understanding and empathy but no, I got dumb and dumber back stroking up lake silly. End of the story, I got my correct change back and went to McDonald's directly across the street. I will NEVER spend another red cent at Burger King, at least not...
Read moreI pulled into the drive thru to place my order this evening a little after 10pm. As soon as I pulled up to order the lights on the menu boards went out. But I could still see customers and employees in the establishment. I checked online to see what time they closed. It said midnight, so I waited in line behind 2 cars that had ordered before me. I thought no biggie, I’ll just place my order at the window. I proceed to wait for 10 minutes, at the least. When I got up to the window no one came. There was one kid peeking around the corner smiling and laughing as if the joke was on me. He finally decided to pull the window open and say “you know we closed right?!” I told him no, how was I supposed to know if I wasn’t told that and the establishment says it open until midnight. And asked to speak to manager. The kid rolls his eyes and said “ we closing early, and the manager don’t wanna talk. He don’t got nothing good to say.” I told him to go get the manager. A middle aged lady came to the window (who I watched sweep the floors and pull garbages, while I waited to order. And her name tag did not say manager) and said “ I’m sorry he don’t know how to talk to people. But we closing early tonight because our systems are down and we don’t got enough people. The owner said to close early.” I could clearly see the POS working, and how did the other 2 car in front of me place orders and pay with the system being down?? This was the worst service I have ever had at this fast food place. And I’ve been coming to this specific location for over 2yrs because I live within 3 minutes. They clearly need training, and management that actually care about not only there job but the people they are serving. Why not put a sign in the window or on the driver thru speaker ? I have no problem with them closing early it’s the horrible service that bothers me. ButI will be going in to this establishment tomorrow morning. Because that is clearly...
Read morewould rate 0 if google gave the option. Went there with my gf and the guy taking orders was very polite, but we had to wait a while before talking to him. Went to the next window and waited 10 minutes for a toothless woman to ask if we had ordered something that we hadn't. She said "ok" and nothing else, closed the window, then went to another worker and mumbled something while pointing at my gf. The guy who gave us our bill tried to overcharge by 10$ due to not reading the screen correctly. 15 minutes from when we had pulled in, we got our food but no receipt and was told to "have a nice day" before the window slammed in our faces. My gf demanded her receipt and the worker called her rude when handing it to her and proceeded to name-call her as we drove off. Will never be going to this location again, and at least 1 incompetent person should be fired over what happened today. All in all; Service took forever, everyone was rude except the guy taking orders, they don't give receipts by default (probably because they know how much they screw up orders and don't want more returns), and the cashier doesn't have even an ounce of customer service knowledge, much less knowing how to read a register. If I see people going to this burger king with their windows down I will warn them of the terrible service. If I hear anyone walking around in that mall area talking about going to BK I will try to convince them otherwise. Can't wait to see this dump closed down, and that's saying something as BK is typically my...
