Tahlea greeted me with a warm smile, took my order, and delivered my meal quickly. As soon as she saw to my needs she proceeded to wipe down other tables, push chairs in, and made sure that the dining area was pristine and presentable.
The food was served in a very timely manner, at proper temperature and portion. As usual, the food was well-prepared and flavorful.
Tahlea represented the kitchen crew and the Hawaiian Bros brand with excellence!
A+

Once again this ‘Bros location did not disappoint. Ahmed was handling the front of house duties and made sure to greet us in a genuinely friendly manner. When the cook/kitchen staff delivered our food he added a “Mahalo” with a smile. It’s the attention to detail that always wins. Great job tonight!

And the streak continues! Nora was prompt to greet us when we entered and was very polite. The food arrived quickly and at proper temps. Of all the HB establishments in the area this is becoming our favorite. It was worth driving just a little bit out of our way to grab lunch here.

Placed our order via mobile and it was ready when we arrived. Nora was taking another customer’s order but immediately checked on us at our table as few moments later. Top notch food quality...
Read moreWent in 8/30/2024 at 3:12 pm to place a to go order. Almost left without ordering as the staff were not attentive and had to go to the pick up counter to ask for assistance. The less than enthusiastic staff stood staring at me while i had to ask if anyone would assist. He starts to mumble and then proceeds to tell me i can place an order at the kiosk. No greeting, no apologies for the wait, he just placed my order. After the order, I wanted to ask for a refund because with his attitude i was afraid of him doing something to my food as I cant see them preparing it at this location. He greets the next customer, gives her the order, then tells her to have a nice day. He places my order on the counter and I had to guess it was mine. In all, i left uncomfortable with eating food prepared by this staff and knowing i will not return again. Also if hawaiian bros wants customers to do the work, staff shouldn't be there and you should start paying customers. Get robots or food vending machines and fire these clowns. And keep sanitizer available for customers for those germ ridden kiosks. This type of service is pushing me to spend money at the grocery store and prepare my own meals for much less money and with a great attitude about doing it. I do not recommend this location. In fact, wont be returning to Hawaiian bros. Will pay much less at McDonald's for a filling meal to avoid dealing with bad attitudes...
Read moreAfter years of globetrotting through Hawaiian Bros' delicious offerings, I've finally landed here, pen in hand (well, keyboard technically) to pay homage to an unsung hero of dining experiences: Ava. This paragon of service turned an ordinary meal into a symphony of culinary delight. From the moment we crossed the threshold, Ava greeted us with a warmth that could rival the sun-kissed shores of Waikiki. She not only guided my wife through the menu with expert precision but also checked in on us mid-bite to ensure our taste buds were doing the hula dance of satisfaction.
But Ava's magic didn't stop there. I had the privilege of witnessing her transform an ordinary Uber Eats delivery into a five-star experience, treating the driver like island royalty with a seat and refreshment. As for the establishment itself, it gleamed like a freshly waxed surfboard and exuded a tranquility that could rival a Zen garden. So here's to Ava, the unsung hero of Hawaiian Bros, and to the culinary journey that transcended mere sustenance into a blissful vacation for...
