UPDATE 2: Have some email exchange with the owner who as expected, was dismissive of everything I experienced. Totally has no sense of customer service and staff training
UPATE 1: REPORTED TO THE CORPORATE. Obviously the owner don't care as well based on her reply. Guess they don't mind to lose customers as they think they have many. They don't care about customers at all
We have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERINCE AT CHICK FILA AT ELDORADO AND TOLLWAY THIS MORNING. We got played and bullied by the whole team. We made mobile order as usual on our phone at 7:45am. Arrived at 7:47am. Got in front of the microphone to order at 7:50am. Said "Hello" 3 times no answer. So, I said louder hoping someone will answer. The lady answered immediately said I scream at her. I told her my name and she said she got it by asked me to stop scream at her. All I said is "hello and I have a mobile order and my name". When we arrived at the window supposed to pick up the food. I told the several men there what happened. The manager asked me to repeat. I told him. The woman who took the order at the back said "she didnt say hello 3 times" . I said "check the viedo" The manager order no apology or anything but asked me to pull up wait for my order. I waited 10 mins while people behind me got their order immediately when they arrived at the window. Obviously they played me and never processed my order. I went inside attempt to talk to the owner and a lady said she is not here. I asked who is the manager and he said he is calling police if I tape record him. Our order was never processed all the time until I went inside at 8:02am. He swipe the card to processed the order while I told him to give me refund. We will NEVER go back to this Chick fila!! I think the owner is the same at the new Chik fila on Legacy and lebanon.
On a side note, I saw this lady who took my order and started this tricks. She has problem long before but I never complain her or say anything. She has extremely long hair to her waist. Several times, she did not even tie up her hair inside the restaurant. I have also have take out order waited early in the morning for 20 mins. She has no customers inside and we still have to wait that long. This same lady was working on-site that day. My kid is allergy to egg and we always order without egg. They always gave us wrong order with egg inside. We never complain them. Now see what we are treated as a so called "red member" and long...
Read moreThe drive through set up is a bit strange I will not lie. I believe they had an off-duty Officer last Saturday lol. The Lewisville Round Grove Rd location needs one of those at all times.
Don’t be intimidated by the line, they get folks in and out at lightening speed. Somehow those getting your food to you in the plastic bins have time for a quick, kind word which is nice. We all could use a little more positivity in these times.
My food is always great and the lemonade is tart and sweet the way I like it.
The ONLY gripe I have is I never have service here and the WiFi only works on the drive-thru window side of the building. If there’s a long line that wraps around I can use their WiFi to order on the app. If the line is even one car shorter, I can’t order on the app because I NEVER have service here. Lord forbid I forget to ask for a receipt so I can enter it for my points later. That part does become a hassle and in return renders the app useless here.
The rewards from this location are nice, but I wish they weren’t sent in the middle of the day and expiring that evening. I once got a free iced coffee on the app but it was past noon when it showed up in my email and expired at close that day. Who wants coffee after lunch? At least if you provided them the evening before We’d have the rest of the next day to make a trip to chick-fil-a to actually use them....
Read moreI dislike the way I was accused of cutting in line when I went and of a second time when it was my first time there I did enter the line wrong but I was the last car in the line so I don't know how that is cutting the line and because of them assuming that I cut(when I did not) and what I believe was an assistant manager accusing me of what I said about told me that they will still serve and talk my order when they did not and getting to the order window where you receive your order when I did not get a chance to even place one she asked me if I wanted my order there but I did not want to hold up the line because then they would have to spend the time in taking the order and then making it at the order window and would result in them being backed up and just because the people taking the order messed up doesn't mean I should have the people that are behind me wait for it so when I past by the order window I asked if I could speak to a manager as I loop back around to get my order that time but did not get a chance to speak with one and my second time in the line got my order taken and got my food( looking back on it I should have went into the fast food restaurant to voice my opinion of how I was treated there on my first time going there so they would not make another person go...
